  1. As a new customer, I would like to see better cell densification, VoLTE, and for Sprint to expand their coverage in rural areas (Glacier National Park, Maine, etc)
  2. I'm in Delta/Stewartstown area so this is good news!
  3. Does anyone have a update on Lynchburg? Been wanting to move my line over to Sprint for sometime now so it would be incredibly helpful to know how the upgrades are going there.
  4. I wasnt trying to be smart with my response. My wife is in Virginia and Sprint only offers 3g services. T-mobile is just a better option for us at this point.
  5. Good for you man! I've been very vocal on here about switching from T-mobile to Sprint, but it makes no sense right now with Sprint only offering 3g services where my wife is located. Good luck and enjoy!
  6. Im talking about the best buy deal. I would be fine with paying $140 but once you add in insurance...
  7. Do you know if they will pay off the remaining balance of our phones? I would obviously need to trade them in, but if they do then I am all over this deal!
  8. Add in two phones and insurance for both....
  9. Guys, she isn't worried about having the fastest speeds but I do want her to be able to make a phone call if something happens while she's on her way back to Wilmington. It's me that stresses over things way more often but t mobiles network is failing in all the places I go. Sadly, for 2 lines sprint wants $180 a month before taxes for two unlimited data plans. That's insane. I'm paying $140 with t mobile including taxes, eip's, and JUMP! For both devices. I can't see spending that much more when I find even getting a tethering allowance included.
  10. Thats great to hear. I am going to the Sprint store tonight to talk with the reps here in Wilmington and see what they can do to get me out the door. I am paying roughly $140 a month right now so once I leave T-Mobile, my bill is going to go up about $30 or more a month. I wish Sprint would include tethering in the unlimited data plan.
  11. It's going to be a tough sell for her but luckily she is on WIFI all the time at her college. T-Mobile hasnt filled in the gaps and its frustrating to drive up interstate 40 and have LTE one second and the next not have anything. I have looked on sensorly and it seems that sprints 3g network is pretty strong around the routes I take to get to Lynchburg, where as with T-Mobile I lose service for a good 20-30 miles.
  12. Posted 18 August 2015 - 11:35 AM Okay guys, I am back again with issues. I can't decide on what to do. I have T-Mobile still for 2 of my lines and my wife is currently living in Lynchburg, VA where sprint only has 3g coverage. My situation with t mobile is, on my drive from Wilmington to MB, I had zero service on my LG G4 until I got to the state line. That is frustrating to me since I have the latest and greatest thats offered as a phone goes. Also, I was at Wrightsville Beach on Sunday and had 2g or no service for that vast majority of my stay. This is an issue and I have been beyond patient with T-Mobile and their upgrades in the area. My question is, in the Wilmington/Jacksonville/MB area, will I be happy with T-Mobile? My current data speeds are between 1-15 mbps, depends on location, time, and whats going on that day. I truly wouldn't mind giving Sprint another opportunity to have my business, but I'm worried about my wife only having 3g in Lynchburg. Need some opinions....
  13. Keep me posted. My wife lives in Lynchburg, towards Lynchburg College and it would be nice to have another option for us if T-Mobile doesnt fix their issues there.
  14. I signed up for the promotion today. My family had the original unlimited data for $20 through T-Mobile. I changed it because our bill was $325 after taxes, EIPs, and insurance. With this plan our bill with be around $290. 3 of the 4 lines on our family plan never go over 2gb so this is a good deal for me and I'm perfectly fine with it. If I need more data, I can double it for $10 more.
  15. Sent you guys some $$. Hope it helps, because you guys do so much for us!
  16. Thats pretty cool. I was just up in Bel Air and with T Mobile I was getting 10-25 Mbps down and 15-20 up. T mobile is terrible once you get north of bel air towards the PA state line.
  17. Thank you. I am going to go to a Sprint store and play with some phones and see how 3g works here.
  18. U.S. Cellular isn't an option. We spend a lot of time in Pennsylvania and it would be roaming the entire trip. I've been wanting to switch to sprint for a while now but haven't pulled the trigger.
  19. What I mean by the town close to Lynchburg is towns like Bedford, concord, and Amherst. My issue yesterday with T mobile was on my trip to Roanoke from Lynchburg. I was roaming or had no service the entire trip. As soon as I get out side the city limits I lost all data. This is on router 460.
  20. Alright. Any experience with the towns around Lynchburg? I'm looking for a more reliable service but unfortunately we need unlimited because we use a ton of data. I drive on 81 often, Danville, and the surrounding areas every other week. Also, I commute from Wilmington, nc pretty frequently and I go a good 25 miles with no service with t mobile around Yanceyville, Nc. Thanks guys!
  21. Any idea when LTE will be turned on here? I'm not sure if my wife would be very thrilled to be on 3G.
