In his situation, it's a tough decision. Give everything back AND pay more for the Note 4 may be tough to swallow, for some people. Not for me. I average 5.5+ hrs of screen time. I bought a 10,000mah ZL battery, now it's just sitting in a box. Factor in root, custom roms, and the almighty Spen. It's an easy decision for me.
