https://www.cnbc.com/2019/10/26/softbank-taking-masayoshi-sons-sprint-playbook-to-wework.html Well this should work out well... I’m so disappointed in Marcelo as a CEO. I gave him the benefit of the doubt for a long time, but when I look back on his Sprint tenure and the things he failed to prioritize/accomplish, it just feels like he phoned it in... Maybe my blame is misplaced. Perhaps It goes all the way up to Masa, and Marcelo wasn’t about to submarine his future at SoftBank to cross him.

Amazing how much money SoftBank had to burn on WeWork versus the neglect/scraps that Sprint was given: https://www.usatoday.com/story/money/2019/10/22/softbank-announces-take-over-wework/4067488002/ https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2019-10-24/softbank-plumbs-10-month-low-after-extending-lifeline-to-wework https://www.vox.com/recode/2019/10/22/20927188/wework-adam-neumann-payout-softbank-layoffs I mean, look at that. This merger is a complete farce. This, along with the billions it has sunk into other ventures shows that SoftBank could have funded a massive capital expenditure for Sprint to right the ship, and that it could have provided funds for Sprint to acquire a substantial amount of 600 MHz spectrum in the auction. Of course, one of the primary justifications Sprint has given for the merger is its lack of lowband spectrum. Go figure. -
Sprint needs to spend more on backhaul and less on kombucha: https://www.kansascity.com/news/business/article235439977.html (See the Video) Yes the employees need morale boosters right now to prevent a talent drain. For what it’s worth from me, the best morale booster is a better product, not kombucha.

NY lawsuit alleges T-Mobile sold used phones, claiming they were new The lawsuit alleges that "abusive sales tactics are rampant at Metro stores"..... Yikes! Sounds like a housecleaning is coming by Corporate. I imagine they don't want anything interfering with this merger. -

Slow upload speeds can render a device unusable, whether for web browsing or even sending emails with attachments. Slow upload speeds are just as bothersome, if not more so than slow download speeds, in my opinion. -

T-Mobile Pauses 5G Network Construction Due to Sprint Merger Delays – Report Hmmmm... Wonder if there’s any truth to this. In this very positive article/review of the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G and Sprint’s 5G Network in Los Angeles, Sprint had no comment on its network plans beyond the 9 5G cities currently launched: https://venturebeat.com/2019/08/28/sprints-oneplus-7-pro-5g-lets-you-experience-2020s-typical-5g-today/? Hopefully Sprint isn’t pausing. -
5G has officially launched in DC: https://newsroom.sprint.com/sprint-lights-up-true-mobile-5g-in-washington-dc.htm Part of this 5G launch announcement for Los Angeles, New York City and Phoenix: https://newsroom.sprint.com/sprint-lights-up-true-mobile-5g-in-los-angeles-new-york-city-phoenix-and-washington-dc.htm Seems Sprint/Nokia got the bugs worked out! Sprint's Coverage Map now shows 5G Coverage for DC.... Still a number of areas to cover with 5G in DC. From the Coverage Map, it actually seems that the 5G Coverage in Montgomery County, MD is greater than it is in DC. Have a look at Bethesda and then go in all directions. Seems solid.
