  1. I was surprised to get Band 41 from the Schoolcraft/Inkster Rd. site, all the way to the Middlebelt/Schoolcraft site. I got about 10 Mbps from it.
  2. I've noticed recently, that Band 41 signal is reaching further from some sites. What does that mean?
  3. I'm surprised they are forced to work in the winter, especially with as cold as it's gotten.
  4. Does Sprint work on the weekends, both Saturday & Sunday, in terms of cell tower and working on it's network?
  5. I'm sorry, but I have a couple more question. So, current markets that have a single Band 25 carrier are 5 by 5, would the second carrier make it 10 by 10? If so, does that make it wideband LTE?
  6. Do you know if the second Band 25 1900 carrier would require new equipment or software updates? Also, if the carrier is being added to the Detroit market?
  7. When Sprint launched 4G LTE in my market a year ago, I actually had 4G LTE speed at my house. Now, it's been a year, and the speeds are in the lower 3G-like speeds, while displaying an LTE symbol on the phone. They definitely need at least an extra tower in my neighborhood, or at least force everyone on to Spark capable devices, and offload them off of Band 25, on to Band 41 where they live.
  8. From my sitings, there are only a few towers left in my city, that don't have Band 41. Two of the three towers I triangulate in, have Band 41. I wonder if when the third tower gets Band 41, will I start to experience the alleviated data speeds?
  9. For some reason, when I run speedtests, the needle jumps really fast to the 10 Mbps spot, then stays consistent at around the 1 Mbps spot. Does this mean anything?
  10. I'm happy to announce some new Band 41 LTE sitings today. Over by the Laurel Park Mall in Livonia, at Farmington and 8 and 9 Mile Rds. Near the Burger Basement Bar in Farmington. Inkster Rd. and Schoolcraft. And lastly, near Redford Union High School. I was out and about today.
  11. I don't think they want to make any launch announcements about false coverage. Haha.
  12. Looks like it added Spark coverage to the lower part of Michigan, cool. Hope it's accurate.
  13. Well, this morning, I saw a just in speed, from a speedtest. I saw 5.67 Mbps download at my house when the usual speed is around .55 to 1.10, which now it's back to the usual now. It makes me think that they're working on a cell tower. Anyone think it could be the cause, tower work?
  14. It sort of works, but for some reason, it won't stop switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data, like for some reason it doesn't want to stay on Wi-Fi, so I just had my phone forget every network and turned Wi-Fi off. It would overheat and drain the battery within hours. With how I have it now, my phone lasts all day.
  15. I was asking because he said Band 26 was 5 by 5 MHz. I was wondering what the other bands were.
  16. What MHz are Band 41 and Band 25 at? Also, I thought Sprint had all the 800 LTE.
  17. I don't know if anyone can help me, but my phone has been bouncing between LTE and 3G for a few hours now, and has done a few nights in row, like this. Can anyone say what could be the cause? I live at 7 Mile and Inkster, in Livonia.
  18. Well, hopefully carrier aggregation will help with the separate LTE band issues, and to be able to bring them together, as a single LTE band.
