  1. Does anyone know if Put-In-bay has any LTE coverage yet?planning a trip there later this month. Last year when I went i remember seeing a water tower with antennas on it but I doubt it was sprint. I had a few bars of 1x the whole time.
  2. I'm going on a road trip to West Virginia next month for some hiking. What kind of service can I expect have there been any improvements in WV? I'll be in Charleston, Oak Hill, Fayeteville, Summersville and Beckley.
  3. I'm located in columbus, Ohio. There is a tower right next to my apartment that just got activated with LTE. And it is pretty fast. And yeah it is with the lease plan. I don't want to lease though I would rather just use my upgrade
  4. Has anybody heard of Sprint's 50 dollar a month Iphone 6 plan? Is it worth it? I've considered getting it when I upgrade but the price seems to good to be true. I'm worried about Sprint limiting my data if I use to much. What are your thoughts?
  5. I live in columbus but I am heading to West Virginia to do some white water rafting this month. Can anyone give me some insight as to the sprint service in the Charleston/Oak Hill/Fayetteville area? Can I expect to get a little LTE in those areas or just 3G?
  6. I'm getting -113 dB of LTE in my apartment next to the G.H.S site pulling 9 MB down and .8 MB up. I'm guessing the LTE is coming from that site on edgehill though. I'm impressed with the signal strength seeing as how the site is so far away and my apartment building is made of concrete.
  7. I saw a contractor at the Grandview high school site today while getting lunch. Blue ford truck and a white trailer, the gate is open around the fence that holds the cabinets. The service is now terrible at my apartment so I am willing to bet that that tower is now disabled. Finally, some progress!
  8. I mean Fayetteville, west virginia and Chaleston, West Virginia. Are Charleston, Oak Hill, and Fayetteville all covered by Sprint or Netelos?
  9. I'm from Columbus Ohio but this summer i plan on doing some white water rafting down the New River. has anyone experienced Sprint service in the Charleston/Oak Hill/Fayetteville areas recently? If so, is it just 3G or have they unofficially launched LTE yet?
  10. Picking up LTE in front of my apartment in Grandview. I know its not the towers at the football field because i have not seen any construction on them in the past year and if it was the signal would be the strongest you can get since the football field is right in front of my apartment. I'm guessing maybe they turned on a tower close by?
  11. The Sprint upgrade map a few months ago told a different story. I zoomed in and it had the tower on the north west side of the football field on the pole with the spotlights getting an upgrade. This tower has two sets of antennas and it has American Tower corp's sign on it. The upgrade is not there anymore though i just checked.
  12. I was in Nashville this weekend on vacation. I was not impressed at all with the LTE service. The 3G worked good, but for me to get LTE i kept on having to cycle airplane mode. Half the time i still could not get LTE even after cycling airplane mode. I was downtown on Boradway. Then when I left I was on the northeast side before I got on I-65 and I had no LTE at all even after cycling airplane mode. What is the deal?
  13. Which part of the tower is sprint's? there is a lower part with small antennas and then on the very top the antennas are a lot wider.
  14. The high school football field has two other towers besides the sprint tower on it. One is an AT&T and I'm not sure about the other. The school has to be making a killing of of leasing spotlight towers. I'm guessing maybe they won't allow upgrades to begin because it's track season and a lot of people are using the track and field. Maybe they don't want construction to interfere.
