  1. Ah okay, that explains it. The same promo was done with the Note5 & Galaxy S6 Plus I jumped on it and grabbed the Note 5. $249 + tax - $200 trade in BB gift card and paid $70 or so out of pocket. 2 year contract but the promo is offered on ALL finance programs on Sprint. Subsidy, Easy Pay & Lease.
  2. I clicked on the link but it doesn't really take you anywhere. At least it didn't with me.
  3. Looks like Sprint won't be participating in next year's wireless spectrum auction. Linkhttp://www.kansascity.com/news/business/technology/article36686247.html
  4. Yes they sure are. For the exception of Sprint all the other carriers have received the OS update. Not sure why the delay and silence from them. Even the reps on Sprint moto X community are hush hush. When someone ask in regards to this there's nothing but total silence. The one person that constantly answers completely changes direction on the subject at hand. Sprint is the last of the Mohicans!
  5. Wow, that was terrible and no surprise legere is running with it. They need all the help it can get even if it isn't legit. Desperate times call for desperate measures!
  6. Agreed. The only problem is that the crackhead feels entitled and expects to be given not worked and paid for like the competitors.
  7. Conjecture! Facts not accusations. Anyone can go over 5 gigabytes of data in the month in general with a smartphone and no hotspot or tethering required.
  8. " In his defense " Didn't realize he needed defending! Btw he did say if you have unlimited then use all you want and there was no exception or clauses that he mentioned. Point is subscribers of the carrier found a loophole and he knows it and now he's on a rampage.
  9. Haha! Backpedaling much are we. PS. Would you have a link to this so called periscope, I like to see it.
  10. Roaming agreements! In return for what. The pink carrier will need to give up something unless they believe they are getting something for nothing. You see what I'm getting at! Band 12 or an anything else can and would be put on the table as far as agreements go.
  11. Band 41 Spark since Feb this year with speeds of 5Mbps dl is ridiculous. Recommend check with Sprint on that. Spark in my area activated 2nd Quarter this fiscal year with speeds from 40-74 Mbps. Its been consistent.
  12. The more reason COMCAST is the choice for DT. • Again any transaction with the approval of DT for what its asking for will be the dismissal and replacement of the current ceo and management at tmobileus. The new owners, acquisitioners, will expect nothing less. Truth!
  13. It's more likely DT will go with COMCAST since its looking to unload not partner. Dish won't agree unless it's running the carrier although it needs to find a carrier to put its spectrum to use. In the end what it comes down to is anyone who buys it will put its staff in place and legere & company are toast! PS. The reason why talks stalled with Dish was directly due to the question of management in charge.
  14. Heads up! Subsidized two-year contract programs to remain intact for now. December 2015 drop date put on hold indefinitely. See link . http://www.cnet.com/videos/sprint-says-it-may-keep-two-year-contracts-after-all/
  15. Yes that's the thing I don't like about the new plans. The employer discount in the ED plans are deducted from the price plan itself versus the new plans its deducted from the data line itself. Huge difference. I'm not really sure whether they even do employer discount any more on the new plans! The other major difference is on the new plans they can change anything in the plan without the risk of adverse material penalties whereas ED you could get ETF free. Many many things to ponder on ED vs the new plans
  16. Oh yes sir that's definitely directed to that whiny sniffling little weasel! Wwwaaaaa!!!!
  17. On Easy Pay and Lease Program I understand there's no down payment and a small additional monthly fee however doesn't the consumer have to pay taxes on the retail price of the device upfront sorta like a closing cost of a transaction. At least that's what I understood, is this true or not.
  18. Could you provide a link to that tweet.
  19. Granted it's a drop in the bucket but for a business that's being run like a non-profit organization it doesn't bold well.
  20. A Broken Record, that is now synonymous with tmobilus and legere This could very be the nail in the coffin for tmobileus. In the past it has asked for handouts from the FCC and it accommodate them but now the pleas and cries are not receptive by Chairmen Wheeler of the FCC. It looks now the pink carrier has burnt bridges. http://www.forbes.com/sites/fredcampbell/2015/07/15/t-mobile-spectrum-song-is-a-broken-record-at-the-fcc/
  21. Oh and BTW this doesn't help. It is and always have been inevitable. By design tmobileus is being set up to be bought out and legere is behind the helm steering all the way. http://pocketnow.com/2015/07/15/deutsche-telekom-t-mobile-sell Bonus: The author of the articles mentions Sprint in regards to carrier network first hand experience compared with tmobileus.
  22. FYI This will definitely put a financial hamper of any, and that's stretching it, hopes the pink carrier had in the upcoming spectrum auction since it's current business model has proven to be anything but profitable. http://www.cnet.com/news/t-mobile-to-pay-17-5m-fine-for-911-service-outages/
  23. It looks like we have a troll in qhinton.....
  24. Not really. legere and company since taking over haven't technically stood on it's own two feet to make tmobileus profitable. In other words they've been living off the generosity of charitably contribution from AT&T by a way of major financial funds and spectrum. Now that piggy bank has been frivolous spent on his pipe dream and asking for more charities from the FCC and anyone who will listen to it's cry's of sympathy. They haven't a clue on how to run a profitable business model in a nation that's build on capitalism. Heck the entire world runs on money and that's what keeps it revolving. legere has sacrificed tmobileus to the wolves and literally offered it up in a silver platter. DT knows this and is in the wings waiting for that opportunity to cash in and cash in they will.. Look at the scenario. It's subscribers have grown immensity but they are all low ballers meaning the company isn't a profitable business and more like a charity case who's subscribers believe everything should be given to them free. legere has done that and given what they want so yeah there's the wool being pulled over. That's a short term business model that has disaster written all over it from a business point of view. The so called uncarrier doesn't come cheap or free and since the subscribers aren't' paying for it then who. To top it off it's network hasn't expanded AT ALL! Plus only so much of it's current network upgraded. tmobileus legere has given into consumers demands and these same people haven't a clue on how to run a profitable business let alone a business model that'll help it grow and expand. He's sacrificed everything in the name of popularity. He calls Verizon and AT&T dumb and dumber of course that's he's personal insecurities but both those companies are flourishing and he's still skimming on how to sucker the consumers and trash talking the competitors instead of focusing on tombileus to make it profitable and grow. Anyone who behaves in that manner is making up for a HUGE personal shortcoming of it's own. The DOG has no fight!
  25. Touche' Touche' Touche' That's well said and on point! On both accounts. What many who live in denial is the fact that legere and the so called uncarrier business model (short term) is setting up tmobileus for a buyout. Anyone who's bought into this have had the wool pulled over their eyes in believing what he's selling is nothing but smoke and mirrors. A Pipe Dream! In two years time it will be sold or hostile takeover.
