Any thoughts about how the GS5 and HTC M8 are getting the spark update before the N5? Aren't they running the current version of Kit Kat also?
-
It looks like an R to me. Example:
-
I Got a few of them about a week ago also.

Also found this. http://www.myce.com/news/new-android-build-indicates-new-kitkat-release-no-sign-of-android-5-70888/

This article best explains the camera bug. I personally experienced massive battery drain after installing Skype on my N5. http://m.ibtimes.com/google-working-nexus-5-battery-drain-fix-affects-all-android-devices-kitkat-qualcomm-chips-1559771

However I like to point out that the result's from the Guggenheim museum of 27.9 Mbps might indicate it was B41. I still hope I'm wrong though. But "IF" it was a spark S4, Sprint definitely have some calibration to do. For some reason that S4 stayed parked on B25 all day. I never got good speeds from the UES anyway even on B25, so I find it weird they got any thing above 10 Mbps. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

True. That was just a speculation I have, I could be wrong. I still agree with u and doubt the sprint S4 was B41 capable. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

Nevertheless sprint has some work to do. Quoted from the article. "As for Sprint, the carrier was obviously disappointed in its results. Kelly Schlageter, manager of corporate communications at Sprint, provided the following statement: “Sprint Spark is in the early stages of deployment in New York City, and so it’s not available everywhere. As the footprint fills in, we expect speeds to increase significantly. Sprint Spark is capable of delivering peak wireless peak data speeds of up to 60 Mbps today and potential speeds three times that fast by late 2015.” This tells me that maybe they happen to use a Spark capable S4 and Sprint knew about the article being done. So hopefully Sprint can prove themselves soon. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

I agree with u. However it is upsetting to me that spark is getting a bad reputation in the public eye but we all know in here its true potential. I mean I hate telling someone to go with sprint based on our tri-band knowledge and then they happen to read that article and I end up looking like an idiot. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

Thanks for the info but I'm kind of clueless about flashing my N5 and can't seem to directly find out how to do it anywhere here on this forum. And I'm definitely down with becoming a sponsor. Can u point in the right direction? I would appreciate it. Thanks Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

Can anyone with a N5 in NYC tell me if is worth flashing to the .15 radio. Would love to experience that B41 goodness. But not sure what am I sacrificing for it. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

I use to work out there on the bx9. I live in Baychester by bay plaza. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

Where in the Bronx are you? Your experience sounds parallel to mines. Except I'm not on the .15 radio on my N5. Don't know how or if I want to flash it. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

Looking for tips on my new Nexus 5. Already enabled band 26 & 41. Patiently waiting on that darn update. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

Lots of calls dropping its frustrating. What is .15 radio? Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk

This is how it is most of the time when im home. So I would like to see 1x800 more often since every time it appears I get full bars. I think picking up that N5 tomorrow. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk

I live in the Bronx and im only seeing it 2% of the time. I think my GS3 doesn't like it, every time it connects to 1x800 it jumps of it within seconds. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk

anyone in NYC with a nexus 5 seeing 1x800 for voice? If so, how often? Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
