Just placed my order for pick up in store. Lets see if it actually works this time ... In the past I have added myself as a "delegate" for in store purchases and was told only my step dad could do anything since he is the account holder. I have already paid and signed the Easy Pay agreement online so it shouldn't be too much of a problem, I would think.

Well it's up for sale at Sprint.com. $624 or $21 on Easy Pay. I find it interesting that the Easy Pay amount ends up being more than $100 less than the full purchase amount, is that always the case? Can I purchase on Easy Pay, and then pay off the remaining balance all at once? Anyone know if Uh Oh Protection is included with a carrier purchase, or only when from HTC directly?

I've seen no TV ads for it. I still will be ordering one on Friday!

Went to a VZW store today and they said they wouldn't have it on display for a week. It wasn't a corporate store though. I really wanted to just walk in, play with it, say I was happy with Sprint and have no interest in switching, and keep standing there playing with it for 10-15 minutes. LOL

They already change their name for the network too often. As we've said before, the 99% don't give a crap about bands and speeds and aggregation. They just want a lot of "bars" everywhere they go.

I'm obviously a member here and I'm super excited for the 10. I consider myself more knowledgeable than the average user, but TBH once NV fully came to my area I've stopped following all the latest developments on LTE stuff, etc. I was mostly concerned previously about random coverage holes, but B26 really took care of that in my area. I have LTE practically everywhere I go. I don't need 20, 50, 100+ Mbps on my phone. It's at the point now where I don't even think about / wonder what band I'm on. Not that I don't care -- but I don't need to care because it works consistently and reliably. Which definitely was not the case for me in some areas pre-NV. While 2xCA and 3xCA is great, the average user has no clue and does not care at all. As long as it says "LTE" and they have a reasonable amount of "bars" they are fine. So, I really don't think all of these "issues" will even impact 1% of the people who will potentially buy this phone. I have had nothing but HTC phones since 2011. I've used Samsungs a few times and Touch Wiz is cheesy at best. Sense is really where it's at in terms of premium UI functionality and looks and IMO that is what sells a phone more than anything. (Not to forget, of course, what colors it comes in).

I want one ... NOW! My One E8 took a swim in the toilet a few weeks ago and the battery has not lasted as long as it used to since then. Also still waiting for Marshmallow with it ... The M8's got it at least a month ago.

Just found my step dad's old Replenish in a box. My parents both had them. Horribly slow, and horrible screen quality!

Apparently there's an LTE outage, so I dropped down to 3G. But just got this speed test (!!!)

Anyone having issues with apps crashing? I have the E8, but it's the same underneath as the M8 ... Apps will random freeze and get the "Stopped responding" message all the time. Happens in Facebook, Timehop, etc. Really frustrating! Tried clearing all caches but does not work. Also uninstalled and reinstalled both.

I have 6 currently, room for 4 more - my sister just switched to AT&T (don't get me started) so we all went from $25 to $30 ... ... is it even still possible to add new people to a Framily?

Mine was about 30 seconds, that I noticed. I was on WiFi and all of a sudden a message popped up that said there was no network and did I want to switch to global mode. I pressed no and then a few seconds later 3G came back.

I have an Android and I get duplicate pictures from people with iPhones pretty much every time they send me a picture. Also my sister with an iPhone gives me duplicate texts sometimes. She also claims she has issues sending texts in places where the rest of the family has no issue whatsoever. Not sure what her issue is there.

Anyone having problems using Ok Google detection? If I turn of all settings in 'Accessibility' then it works fine. Seems to be the auto screen rotate that kills it? That's a pain because I do that all the time!

We currently have a 7-person Framily so with unlimited everything plus insurance and a $35 lease payment her bill is $88. I priced it out at AT&T and 15 GB is $100 but there is a $40 access fee and then her payment for the phone would be about $25 ... The bill was close to $140!

My sister wants to switch to AT&T simply because a.) She wants a BlackBerry Priv (eye roll). Also she has all kinds of problems with her iPhone 6 sending picture messages but I have been in the same room with her on my HTC One and I can send them just fine. It must be her phone. She uses 10-15 GB on average each month and I honestly think has NO idea what that will cost her on AT&T

Hmm, this is all good to know. That *is* kind of what it looks like, sort of like something is "peeling" off. I'll look at it more closely and see if that's what it is!

My mom has the HK edition and yesterday we discovered her camera lens is scratched. Is this something that would be covered under warranty?
