  1. Where is your 1x signal coming from? Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  2. Does it have a software mechanism for choosing which sim is the active one for being connected to LTE/hspa ? An example of what I mean, could you have an att sim and t mobile sim and check the signal of both without having to physically swap the SIMs around. I haven't ever messed with a dual sim phone. This was one of the things that really interested me about it. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk

I bought this phone with Amazon adds.. Had them hidden within 30 minutes. Just takes disabling the Amazon apps and hiding the rest from the terminal/shell. The Amazon software being hidden persists through reboots and is just like the retail. Also have seen where the bootloader is unlockable. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  4. Or a pizza a frosty and a movie. http://www.tmonews.com/2016/05/un-carrier-11-rumored-to-offer-free-food-and-movie-downloads-every-week-other-giveaways/
  5. Usps mistakenly delivered one of my packages to the wrong house. When I called to have them investigate I talked to an inspector who said he'd find it. I called him multiple times and he wouldn't respond to my voice mails or answer the phone. I just gave up eventually.. but that's the only time Usps has done me wrong.. 6. I'll agree with two of the above posts that the Hydro vibe is a good phone. it can be had for 150 post or prepaid so that's a plus and it's a solidly built phone. mines 3 months old it hasn't had a case and still looks like brand new. however it definitely is weak in the RF department..
  7. it came back today and destroyed my battery...
  8. I've noticed that putting your ear half way down the phone had made a great difference in being able to hear with my Kyocera torque and vibe. Kyocera and sharp must be sharing parts... lol
  9. got some killer battery life this weekend. so it's possible for it to do good when it wants to.
  10. I went to the app called WiFi calling in the settings it's not greyed out for me.
  11. thanks for the confirmation. I'm glad to know that I'm not the only sprint customer with this issue. I was able to make it get under control by disabling WiFi calling in the app list. but then I can't use WiFi calling unless I re-enable it... it's a vicious cycle of compromise..
  12. I've got good memories of my 4. Loved the design and feel of it, I think it's the best looking iPhone as well.
  13. it's completely normal for chrome to have that many processes.
  14. Update on my experience with the update, It seems to have made the phone more battery hungry, in the past i could make it all day with the phone in my pocket and have ~70% left at 5 when i got off work, but now its down to around 5% after 10 or so hours off the charger. The battery manager says the top battery hog is com.itson service, which looks like the wifi calling. Ive done 3 or 4 factory resets and tried changing to dalvik to see if it gets more stable... however no luck, im trying disabling the wifi calling app now to see if that fixes the issue. Other than that, the screen seems to be brighter to me and ive noticed the back of the phone getting hot while in my pocket or while using data,it didnt do that on 4.3... Also ART appears to break wifi calling... If anyone else uses the phone daily, have had any issues since the update?
  15. I have a friend that the sticky power button bootloop thing just happened to his s4... He was 2 days out of warranty. Hopefully this issue doesn't proliferate through all the Samsung products as they get older.
  16. Good read thanks for the info !
  17. Finally got the update. 4.4.2. Wifi calling came on no problem. And I switched the runtime from dalvik to art. I'm wondering how stable it will be. Seems snappier, but that's probably a placebo effect....
  18. How's the update? Mine still hasn't come through yet... Is your phone any more stable?
  19. Awesome . thanks. I've been checking the update but it still hasn't come through for me yet. [emoji17] I really do hope the WiFi calling works well....
  20. How did you get it? Did it come through the updater?
  21. Awesome ! I'm gonna be clicking the check for update all day. !
  22. Its definitely a tough phone. Mine hasn't been in a case but still looks brand new. Hopefully it will get KitKat... But with Kyocera you never know what you'll get...
