  1. The only thing that customer care can do is with their pinpoint tool to mark the location having the issue. That information gets reported to Ericson. CTMS tickets that tech can open have been done away with for consumer accounts except for extreme cases. They still open them for corporate accounts. When the new process went into effect, they were saying how much faster the newer process is to resolve network issues. Before they said it would take two weeks to resolve a network issue where now it can take just three to five days. The information gets to Ericson more quickly. I think it takes multiple markings for the issue to become a priority. Another purpose was that ctms tickets were too costly. The newer system also has an effect of having fewer network tickets which means less credits being made.
  2. I heard there are 4G LTE upgrades in the next 3 months in Yuma, Az. If you go towards Holtville, you can pick up 4LTE on the road from Interstate 8 towards Holtville, CA. It is the weirdest feeling getting 4GLTE out in the middle of nowhere.
  3. I have an IPhone 5 that is fully updated with 6.1.4. It works great in Phillly where I can pick up 4G LTE and great on wifi but is terrible on 3G. I great 1 or 2 bars inside my home which is made of brick. I have had the phone replaced by Best Buy already. we have done the network updates ##873283# and called in to customer service to refresh on their end. I have reset the network settings and also done a factory reset on the phone. I have cleared the browser history. I can only do a network update if I am connected to wifi. Customer care says there are some network vision upgrades going on in the area. I noticed my friend's Android works much better than my Iphone 5. I have considered going back to Android if I cannot get this corrected. Most of my text messages fail even if I have 4 or 5 bars which is not often. Does anyone have any insight on my phone/network issues please? My phone is still under the limited warranty. I have had it for about 9 months. They say there is no tickets open right now but they did report my home location and work location to their networking team.
  4. I got word that these networks at 20-30% completion even though they have been announced as being turned on. This may be why some users are not able to find LTE in some parts of the city.
