    LG G2 Users Thread!

Hi everyone! Please help me. I apologize in advance if this isn't the right forum but everyone seems pretty helpful and knowledgeable. So here is my dilemma: I was running rooted Stock LS980 version ZV8 just fine and I had a backup made just a few days ago. I'm using TWRP version 2.6.3.3 Recovery since I also have CM11 backed up and I like to restore to other ROMS from time to time, and everything has been working without a hitch, until today! I was downloading the new ZVA (Sprint Spark) update released a few days ago, and it download fine and it said it would reboot, and now it just keeps looping to the TWRP recovery. Help! I have restored the backup Stock ZV8 ROM over and over again in TWRP, but everytime it keeps rebooting back to TWRP. I know my backups are still on the phone since I can select them in the Restore section of TWRP, but I can't figure out the endless looping? I've also tried installing the LG Mobile Support Tool on my Win 7 laptop, but it does not have any option for LS980 USB drivers to install, just Tmobile, Verizon, and ATT G2 drivers?? I don't want a bricked phone lol. Thank you again! and if this isn't the right forum, please direct me to the correct place.
  2. Now im at the 24hr superwalmart on Pleasant Grove Blvd Roseville and is on band 41.Impressive speeds.Mapping Sensorly.
  3. I'm parked directly near the front of Best Buy 1236 Galleria Blvd 95678.Im mapping on Sensorly now.I had previously enabled all 3 LTE bands in the hidden menu a month ago and left phone in CDMA/LTE mode because I was aware of the issues with csfb. Was surpised it connected to LTE and stayed solid without me doing anything. Just happened to glance at my phone and checked the ##DEBUG# screen and band 41 showed up. When I went into hidden menu to force LTE only it was still on band 41 but when I changed back to CDMA/LTE, back to 3G. Very interesting.
  4. Hi guys, I love this site. Just a screenshot of band 41 while outside Best Buy in Roseville across from Galleria. Phone immediately connected to lte when i got in my car. I was surprised to see it was band 41.Speed tests are erratic but there are no bars but is still connected solid without me having to force LTE only. Does anyone have any idea approx when a cluster launch in Sac will happen? Btw im working on becoming a Premier member soon! Thanks in advance. -Dean
