  1. Today is Sprint and HTC's press event. Just curious, what is everyone expecting to see today? Anyone expecting something other than the Evo variant of the One X?
  2. I may sound crazy for this, but the only "bloatware" that I actually want to keep on my E4GT is the Sprint ID app. It's the only way that the device can revert to the stock Gingerbread look without rooting.
  3. I would be fine with any of the names mentioned either in my comment or in the article except HTC One Evo. That one just doesn't sound right.
  4. How about the name of HTC Evo One or Evo One X? That sounds more fluid than HTC One Evo.
  5. HAPPY PI DAY EVERYONE!!!

  6. Samsung Rant- My first phone ever. I hated it. It broke slightly after a year of owning it with the internal display cracking or something like that. LG Rumor Touch- I got this phone as a replacement to the Rant months after it broke, and for a non-smartphone, it wasn't that bad. Although that phone is what go me to hate slide out keyboards. HTC Evo 4G- Upgraded to the Evo about two years ago, and loved it at first. But with the Gingerbread update, then the 2.3.5 update, I started experiencing some problems, mainly big problems with Sense. Samsung Galaxy SII Epic 4G Touch- Upgraded to this from my Evo about a week ago and I will not go back to HTC. Great battery life, very lightweight, and Touchwiz is better than Sense by a longshot in my opinion. Although I was disappointed it came with Sprint ID at first, I soon realized that Sprint ID brings the phone back to the stock Gingerbread launcher(with the Sprint ID logo taking the place of the browser icon, of course).
  7. So iOS 5.1 only has a tethered jailbreak at the moment. I'll wait to update til it's an untethered jailbreak.

  8. Just an update on ICS, here's the latest leaked update, thanks to QBKing777:
  9. That's a good question. Although almost all of his videos that I've seen of his have been on the E4GT though. I think that's his main phone. I have no clue what else he has.
  10. I found a video reviewing the leaked version of 4.0.3 for the E4GT, and it seems to have a few bugs, but not many. It's was released on February 27th (FB27, which is part of the build number). The link to the video is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kGh9LttuAi4&feature=g-all&context=G2514f2aFAAAAAAAAaAA If anybody has seen it already, or if anybody goes to see it, whats your opinion on the build? I personally really like that it allows the user to clear launcher defaults and use the stock ICS launcher over Touchwiz.
  11. My upgrade is tomorrow, and I'm wanting to get the Epic 4G Touch. Im debating on whether or not to upgrade though, since the Galaxy Nexus imsgoukd be getting released on Sprint soon(maybe in the next few months?) And there's the possibility of an LTE E4GT getting released sometime soon as well. But I really want to get rid of my Evo(well use it to boot custom ROMs on, since I keep my main phone stock) since I'm having alot of problems with it and my local Sprint store is terrible at customer service. Any opinions on what I should do, or anyone have any clue.as to a possible release date of the GNex? If it matters, my city has WiMax and is in the first round of LTE rollouts.
  12. With MWC going on, I started thinking that the reason that there hasn't been any phones from there going to Sprint is the fact that manufacturers find it cheaper to produce all of their devices with GSM than to produce the same device with a CDMA band instead of GSM. What are your thoughts on this subject everyone?
