A few days ago, my texts were delayed by a few hours. No issues anymore though.

Oahu has five b41 issued permits. Maybe they are grabbing the permits only when the backhaul is in place.

Most have "approved to issue". Is that different than actually issued? How can we tell the difference?

Still no B41 yet? Most sites on Oahu have an approved permit. However, no new permit applications in the past few weeks.

Keep an eye on that TX value. I don't have an iphone, so I can't keep an eye on it myself.

How is the belagio and the fountain?

A strong and healthy tmobile and sprint is needed to keep Verizon and Att in check. That is all that matters.

Second b41 carrier palo alto,ca

I was on the strip in January, and the area next to the Bellagio fountain was just awful. I had a near useless b25 signal. Hopefully they'll add two b41 carriers over there. However, over at the MGM and NY NY, I had b41, and the service was good.
