  1. Please, please tell me exactly how I would deactivate the integration?
  2. I know many will respond that everything is perfect with their phone. But, I am wondering why does my phone take quite a while from the time I hit the dial button to the actual time it starts to ring? Sometimes it can take 25 seconds, sometimes, it doesn't ring out at all then I say something such as "hello" and my voice echo's back and sometimes it just has a long delay then ends the attempt of the call. The most common issue is the loooong delay from the time I hit dial to an actual ring occurs. Lastly, this has not JUST started. I believe it all started once I received the Spark update. It could of been before that but I think it start with the update that brought Spark.
  3. Anyone else having an issue with knock on since the KitKat update? Before the update, I would double tap and phone would turn on like it is supposed to do. Since KitKat it is not as responsive. I have to hit the scrren sometimes 4 times beefore turning on.
  4. I thought with KitKat we would be able to utilize the entire screen for viewing disappearing buttons). I am using the stock browser and the buttons are still there. Whats the deal?
  5. I still don't have my KitKat update. I want it to just ask me to download like normal, I do not want to skip the proper steps. I know when the updates started, but, what is the stretch that they will sent the updates to everyone? What is the maximum I will need to wait?
  6. Would it be recommended to do two hard resets back to back after the KitKat update, just to be sure everything is smooth?
  7. I want to do exactly what you did after I receive my KK update. When you stated you did a couple of hard resets after the update, do you literally mean a couple as in two hard resets back to back?
  8. Has the KK update helped with call reception? My call reception is horrible and I am hopeful the KK update will fix this.
  9. Before the kit kat update was your outbound call connection deathly slow? As mine are and I hope after Kit Kat my out bound calls will be instant like yours.
  10. We of course will never get 4.4.3. But, there are some interesting "fixes" that are rumored for 4.4.3 http://www.phonearena.com/news/Details-surface-about-Android-4.4.3_id54512 1) Camera Focus......Never really an issue with me but it seems a lot of people has camera focus problems with the G2 in low light, I thought that 4.4.2 fixed that problem? Maybe it did not. 2) Data connection dropouts.........It seems quite a few of us also have this issue with the G2, I was hopeful 4.4.2 would fix that but maybe not as much as we hoped. 3) Random Reboots.....Someone on here downloaded an unofficial 4.4.2 and if I remember correctly he stated it is a welcome update other than random reboots. I hope this is not a real strong issue with 4.4.2 The other "fixes" do not jump out at me but check out the link.
  11. ^I was the one that brought it up. I am just like you, terribly slow 3G speeds since the Spark update.
  12. Do you also find 3G is much slower now then before the Spark update?
  13. Since the Spark update, I for one, believe the radio is worse. Far worse. I receive 3G when others receive LTE all the time. Also, there is no comparison between 3G before the Spark update and after the Spark update. After the Spark update, 3G is extremely sloooooow. Slow as a snail.
  14. I think what you are saying will work. Please help me confirm what you mean 1) Let phone run down till it shuts down 2) Fully charge phone This is where I am a little confused: "powered down then restarted it and ran it till shutdown again. Restart and charge full again" Can you break down the steps I quoted a little better? Please.
  15. ^Very cool video and it seems the G2 is even going to be faster than it already is. For the test they first did a factory reset. First thing I will do after the KitKat is downloaded is then do a factory reset. I also hope the 4.4.2 update fixes the battery problem
