Was your phone able to update? If it did, did it help?

There was an update to 30.1 when I updated my 6S+ to iOS 11.1. I was promted as soon as the update for iOS was complete. maybe that will help.
Ok I did ##update# to see if I could get an update.

What's the current version?
I'm on 30.0 as well. Ironically I feel my X is great with service.
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalkcould be that ABQ is still really bad. Band 26 is everywhere but the X doesn't want to hold on to it. It drops to 3G all the time.

While good idea I bet people will say Sprint just copied T-Mobile and that will not help them.
Now I agree with you. However if they just put 25, 26 and 41 on as many towers as possible and make a good to great experience ubiquitous, they should be just fine.

I have decided the X has the radio of the iphone 5. terrible. Part of me wants to go back to my 7+. Need a carrier update right away. I am on 30.0.

If only they would have kept this from when he started.

So far I love the X. I do like that it is smaller than my 7+. Still hate iOS 11 update. Took me all two seconds to get used to no home button. Really easy.

I quit the website and went Best Buy. Ill bite the $30 activation fee. I am trading in a 6 so the sprint flex is a nice option at $22 for 18 months. Don't mind paying $41 for 6 months.

Anyone ordering the X tonight?
-
I just wanted to add this I don't know if anyone reported this .. sprint has been very quiet about this .. this may be the game changer sprint needs

That's a lot of mini macros

I don't have my NM spreadsheet but I'm positive it's LC. Only one B25 carrier is possible. Sprint does have 140 MHz of EBS/ERS there.I thought Sprint only had 15 MHz (7.5 + 7.5) of original PCS (A-F) spectrum in Las Cruces? Or maybe that was in Deming/Lordsburg...I can't remember. One of those towns along I-10 was definitely spectrum starved.

What are the speed you see around 10 to 20 Mbps
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
The site at the NM Bank and Trust is a 8T8R but is not running CA. I get between 5 to 10 Mbs. If I am connected to Band 25 with CA, I can reach 40 to 50. However, downtown I believe Sprint wants everyone on Band 41.
I think the site they connected to is either I40 and 12th or the Hotel Albuquerque sites which are Mini Macros that have CA enabled. I have seen speeds that high when connected to those.

The site is on top of the New Mexico Bank & Trust building behind them.

I work downtown in the Sunshine Building and definitely don't get those speeds. However, with band 25 CA and 2 carriers of band 41, phone is useable all day no issue.

Did he tell you anything about ABQ with future sites?Oh he is telling me some juicy info that will probably be moved to the sponsor section

I like how they will have band 41 for balloon fiesta on the north side. -
I agree and the reason why sprint is down today.Verizon also posted a strong quarter and met and exceeded projections with postpaid net additions of 614k and a churn of just 0.94%. Now that the other big three have reported, it will be very interesting to see Sprint's numbers next week.

So is the improvement in sprint speeds in abq noticeable? I never really got any download speeds over 10-15 Mbps in abq when I had them (until February)
Downtown has made band 25 and 26 useable again during working hours. This weeekend I was at CPK in uptown and I pulled 100mbs speed test. I am sure that extra capacity is helping that area.

Middle ATT and bottom VJust checked on a site that due for b41
In El Paso,Tx . Sprint is using the top rack 2 sector tower ... The middle one seems to have sector splits can anyone guess who's on the middle rack

Would this be the first four carriers of band 41?Basically the point of this exercise is to identify what B41 equipment is broadcasting that oddball 29 GCI and if it could be the Ericsson 8T8R B41 radios. Appreciate whoever can contribute to this search.

I don't ravel down there much anymore but have picked up the 8t8r and the multiple MM on the north side of town. That Earfcn you posted earlier is also at all the B41 sites o have been to as well.Prime candidates for finding that mystery GCI is these sites.

So I’ve got a quick Sprint question that I’m hoping someone can answer for me.
Why is it that Sprint is incapable of paying equipment charges with a negative balance on our account? We have nearly 2000 dollars worth of credit on our account and yet every month we have a notice that our bill is “past due” because they don’t deduct equipment charges from your account balance. I just don’t understand why we still need to go on to the website and make a payment when we have so much credit on the account.
-Anthony
had the same issue. Just ended up paying $65 a month for 4 months.

In Arizona Commnet has band 17 I have been connected to. On the iPhone it shows extended LTE and then switches to sprint LTE.Quite possibly. AT&T LTE roaming has been live for a while. Comnet also has LTE roaming in those regions, though I am unsure of the bands they use.

I know that but I didn't know the change in configurations happened.Because he knows his stuff. Tim is the one to ask.

Did I miss something? How do you know it was config 2?Not necessarily.
Configuration 2 is live in yours and several other regions for TDD LTE. This setup has speeds of 112.5/9 mbps so 2xCA can actually reach that speed level.
