  1. I knew it was going be native because there is no way Sprint would make it such a big deal compared to Verizon's roaming deals
  2. In San jose California data has been a bit better but still pretty spotty lte. Hopefully that will get better with band 26 and 41 once everything is complete.
  3. If they do merge I hope they use GSM so when we use unlocked phones it would be easier and supported bands from phones like the Oppo Find 7 or Oneplus One
  4. Because they also said they weren't sure if Apple iPhone would receive it since they control there products to what they want it. http://www.cnet.com/news/sprint-says-all-phones-next-year-will-be-triband-get-hd-voice/
  5. Random question. Does anyone know when sprint's network will show that it is better than its competitors?
  6. I thought the point of the roaming hub was to seemlessly connect to each others network and share it. And wouldn't be considered roaming. Is that what it is or I got the wrong idea of it?
  7. Hi, I was just wondering what everyone's thought is on how the network will work if they merge.
  8. Apple doesn't have to implement band 41 because they choose the ecosystem whatever goes just goes. If a carrier doesn't like it then they don't have to sell the phone then thebcarrier will lose out on a lot of iPhone sales. That is why when spark was announced in the beginning they said by hey weren't sure if the iPhone would have spaark or not in the future
  9. I am talking about how long it is taking for the network, and also I been having ecsfb issues for more than a couple months now.
  10. I understand the tests and where I'm coming from Speint is horrible with drop calls, lte speeds being only fast when one across a td site and loads of ecsfb issues still in my area. So most of the time stuck on slow 3G speeds. Sprint said that this year was a comeback by mid2014. And it has been mid2014 with nothing changed much. Even on my travels to LTE/Spark announced cities we're just on with still loads of dead spots and slow speeds indoors.
  11. Does the 4.4.3 update help with battery life now?
  12. How do we know when ecsfb issues will be fixed in East side San jose, California?
  13. I like everyone's thought on this merger. I don't know what is going to happen. Regulators are still skeptical about it. I do want this merger to go through. I think this will totally come down to how the other mergers will play out.
  14. Man in San Jose still having ecsfb issues. Can't connect to lte . 3g only. Q_Q
  15. I am not able to force LTE only from my S5. I don't see it as an option. I can see it on the Nexus 5. Anyone please help! Thanks!
  16. This technology may be Sprint, Dish, and T-Mobile's master plan to use all their frequencies without any problem. As Perlman stated that pCell can be used with any frequency. So this would be a great way to merge right?
  17. I am for this merger. I was reading everyone's opinion on it and my response to it is that Sprint cannot just simply focus on its own network with the money it is planning to use to merge, but the point of the merge is in order to get that scale for the number of towers. When Masayoshi Son talks about scale, it is in order to have the physical towers to compete with the big two. Also, for potential bidding for the 600mhz would be a lot easier with only three companies bidding instead of four in total. I don't this is my own opinion, not bashing on anyone. Just putting it the thought out there for people against it. Also, for business, I can see John Legere being the CEO because he is the face and how he puts himself out there. Making himself the marketing campaign.
  18. I do too! Although, I wonder how it works? Like how am I suppose to connect to the pwave tower?
