  1. So I hate to admit this but we were putting mdm temporarily on iphones to install sprint zone, but sprint has stopped it after just 2 weeks. Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
  2. Very uncarrier of them....... Basically after you get your final bill, you go to the promo website and upload your bill. Then a few weeks later you get a visa with up to $350 per line.
  3. Correction Sprint as You Go is discontinued as of march 13th.
  4. Starting march 14th Sprint Prepaid is a new plan type. It is not a replacement for Sprint As You Go which is a no contract post paid service where sprint sends a bill. Sprint prepaid will be a program like any other prepaid where you buy a month in advance. Smart phone plans. Unlimited everything is $60* throttled to 3g after 2.5 gb Wifi data unlimited calling/texting $45 Basic plans Unlimited everything $50 500 min unlimited text and data $35 Phones Moto g $99 Gs3 $350 Gs4 mini $300 CPO iphone 4s $200 Kyocera Kona coming soon
  5. I haven't heard an end date to the waiving $15 promo, but i have heard that the day for subsidies ending may not be as firm as previously thought and may slip to Q2. Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk
  6. I am not surprised a customer care supervisor wouldn't know. The only place I have heard a date was on 2 calls about the Framily launch which were both led by my ARD ( Area Retail Director) and both of which had all the corporate stores in the area on them. So i am really shocked it hasn't leaked since several hundred reps were on the calls. In sprints retail channel an "Area" is made up of several districts and usually about 70+ stores in 2-3 states. There are only 20 of these areas and 20 ARDs in Sprint. Seeing how a person so high in management is telling us subsidies are ending on a date very soon i believe him. Sent from tapatalk
  7. Let me start with a few things. 1. Im on mobile 2. Sorry for the shitty pics, if you dont like them too bad. 3. This is all new and confusing, so bare with me please. 4. One up program is dead. Replaced with easy pay. What i know about framily plans. 1. Grouped lines get the discount. 2. Groups can be spread across multiple accounts. 3. 10 lines is the limit 4.Everyone gets 1 gb of data, can get 3 for $10 and unlimited for $20 5. You must pay msrp, sign up for easy pay or bring your own device. 6. Framily pricing is all based off no contract, If you switch to framily and are under contract there is a $15 chargr because these plans do not include device subsidies. What i know about easy pay. 1.no credit requirements to sign up, may have down payment if subprime. 2. Financing is for 24 months. 3. One year upgrade requires device paid off or turned in.
  8. I do not want to post stuff from the playbook on my normal username so please excuse this throw away account. 1st change is that in feb or march if you have a spending limit on your account it is going from 4.99 to 8.99 a month. As always you can avoid this fee if you have a spending limit by setting auto payments. . 2nd change involves TEP. Customers will get 2 free swaps a year but after that there will be a $25 fee. I do not know all the details yet but my understanding is if you get a defective swap and sprint replaces it again within 30 days that will not count against you. 3rd change also involves TEP. Even though the 4S, mega and s4 mini cost less than $550. They will sbe moving to the $11 /month TEP tier. It is insane and goes against the current tier setups. Customers should begin seeing notices in the coming weeks. I do not recall the exact dates these will start but it will be by march. I will check tomorrow. I would like to apologize for the lack of pictures and any spelling errors because i am on mobile instead of a computer. Any of the reps here can confirm these changes since it was pretty much the only thing in this weeks playbook.
  9. As you can see on the screen shot the price went down $ 25 for each tier. The program still requires trading in your old device, which will lower these upgrade now prices depending on the value of your buyback. Sent from my HTCONE using Tapatalk 4
  10. Here is what Sprint shows for Chicago for network vision completion. Sent from my HTCONE using Tapatalk 4
