  1. Where are you in atlanta exactly? Be as precise as possible.
  2. Definitely not needed to get an lte signal. Now when the evo was in testing it was said to have a connectivity issue and wouldn't maintain an lte signal, which I somewhat proved a month ago when lte was live for a few days in my area where my gnex stayed connected non stop and my evo would drop in and out. It is thought that the latest update may have corrected that even though there was nothing mention in the release notes.
  3. I would assume he meant phone dependent as far as manufacturer. He is using a gs3 so his software number would be entirely different than those that use evo's which the current software is 1.22.
  4. I just went outside on my deck and was pulling 20meg down(about 15meg in my basement) on average but also keep in mind that the tower I am connected too is literally a thousand feet from my house.
  5. Update profile basically refreshes your device's info on sprints servers.
  6. I am at home sitting in the basment right now.
  7. Quoted you to get your attention, anyway been streaming youtube on both my gnex and evo for the last hour and I haven't gotten any disconnects at all on the evo so far even though other people have been complaining about random disconnects. At this point I guess its damn near impossible to tell if it would be the phone or the network. I will continue testing to see if either disconnects.
  8. Please keep in mind that your prl has nothing to do with connecting to 4g lte. PRL stands for preferred roaming list, which does not apply here.
  9. Yes, thats the one. Just wondering.
  10. By chance, have you downloaded the latest ota?
  11. Who knows what it could be, but remember when they turned on the tower up the road from my house a little over a month ago I was hitting over 30meg down for the most part all day long. Personally though, I don't think sprint will leave the pipes wide open as far as download speeds goes.
  12. Great so far, no drop outs from either my evo lte or my gnex. So far speeds been averaging around 15 down on the evo and 11 down on the gnex. He is in Jonesboro as well.
  13. LTE just popped up for me around the same time, I am on the southside(Jonesboro).
  14. I got 4g around the same time as your post but it hasn't dropped yet.
  15. LMAO!!!!! Trust me bro, I am well informed but thanks though.
  16. Not possible so therefore not going to happen.
  17. I am on the south side, nothing for me as yet.
