  1. Clocked 42.61 down and 1.72 up on band 41 in White Bear Lake on Saturday.
  2. Android 4.4.3 means that I can consistantly use sprints 4g network now. I am becoming less irritated as a sprint customer
  3. Wow! Thanks njjdnt! I just updated PRL on my phone, and now I get LTE in downtown Minneapolis, also band 41. Speed test just rocked out 23.6 down 1.53 up!
  4. Sprint just informed me that the tower near my work, 619 marquette ave s, has not been upgraded to LTE yet. Schedule to begin in the coming months.
  5. It's not his phone. He is describing what everyone in downtown minneapolis is experiencing with sprint, and has been since about October of last year. We keep hearing 'soon', and 'be patient', but I think 6 months of unsable service fully qualfies as being patient.
  6. I started receiving 4G LTE on my Nexus 5 at my home near Century College in White Bear Lake.
  7. I received an LTE signal at the Maplewood Mall park and ride this morning with my Nexus 5. On Monday this week I only got 3g. They must have gotten some eCSFB going on one of the towers over there.
  8. You can set your phone to LTE only, and you'll connect to LTE (But you can't make or recieve calls or text).
  9. I've asked this a couple times, but I'm still wondering if anyone has any information about improvements in downtown Minneapolis. Over the past couple of weeks it seems like things have gotten worse. I was outside the other day and took a speed test while connected to LTE, and here are my results ( http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/a/672474659 ). Do you think this is due to congestion? It is not my intention to complain, i'm just looking for information.
  10. Thanks for the info about my phone. It seems like that information is difficult to find when researching a phone. Oh well. I'm pretty much on the opposite side of White Bear Lake, near century college. There is a sprint tower right next to the century college water tower, i've been assuming that is where my LTE has been coming from, but maybe they just turned it on.
  11. How do you know? I bought it because it has both 1900 and 800...
  12. I'm finally getting LTE inside my house in White Bear. I've been getting LTE outside for many months, but the moment I step inside it would switch back to 3g. Does this mean 800mhz has been engaged on my tower? Is there a way I can check what frequency my phone is connected to?
  13. It's been quite around here for awhile. Downtown I'm getting a pretty strong 4g signal outside my building, but 1 step inside I'm getting an unusable sliver of 3g.
  14. Does anyone know about upgrades in downtown Minnesopolis? I've seen LTE at a few spots downtown, but I'm in the Wells Fargo Tower and I've got zero LTE and 3G is unusable.
