  1. Text usage to 1311 - that's all the sprint zone does.
  2. Just an update. Refreshing profile and prl this morning finally fixed it. Had to do it over wifi because it had no data connection. That corrected the phone #, MIN, and changed the mobile network state to connected. Thanks to those who suggested it. Better than restoring the phone. It must have been a network error that caused it initially.
  3. After I did the 72786 my status in about phone shows my phone number is 000-000-9576 and my MIN is 0000009576. I spent about an hour in a Sprint store this morning. He tried a 72786 on a LG G2 and it broke it also. He thought it was a network issue. Does that sound reasonable? I also spent an hour on the phone with Sprint tech support this evening. She was going to check on network issues and call back. She never called back. I don't want to reset the phone if it won't fix the problem.
  4. After the 72786 my phone number is changed to 000-000-9576 and the MIN is 0000009576. I spent about an hour in a Sprint store. Before resorting to a factory reset, he tried a 72786 on an LG G2 and it ended up broken also. He thought it was a network problem because it also screwed up the G2. Does that sound reasonable? I also spent about an hour this evening on the phone with Sprint tech support. She was going to check the network and call me back, but I didn't get a call back.
  5. Win a Nexus 5 32GB From DL and Cruzerlite

  6. I tried this and it totally screwed up my phone. I can't call or receive calls or texts. I have no data. Signal check pro says mobile data is unregistered. When I try to make a call I get error 16 switch 384 message. When I go into status my phone number and MIN are wrong. Changed them to correct value and I have voice, but no data connection. Did another 72786 and the number and MIN are again screwed up. Anyone have any suggestions?
  7. You can order a SIM card from T-Mobile on line. They are sometimes free or may cost $1. They come with $2 of credit on them. You use the credit on the card to call T-Mobile can complete the activation and pay your prepaid service. The SIM comes with activation instructions. Basically you go to www.T-Mobile.com/PrepaidActivation. You have to enter an activation code, SIM SN, phone SN/IMEI, etc. After this you will get the option to pick your plan. It is only at this time that you will finally see the $30 plan listed. It is tricky to find so you"ll have to scroll around to find it. You can also call an agent at 1 877 778 2107. T-Mobile doesn't advertise the $30 plan so you have to be aware of it to get it. Good luck!
