North Salt Lake LTE is live. I just looked down at my phone and it has 4G service. Here is a screen shot: I'll turn on sensorly for the drive home and see if I can find the other serving cells. Here's a speed test:

The LG Viper is the worst Smartphone I've ever owned. Terrible call quality and terrible battery life. It's almost unusable to make phone calls and bogs down over even LTE data connections.

I stopped using sensorly because it slowed down my phone.

Just got off a flight at the airport and picked up my car at diamond parking (redwood road and north temple). Getting 4G LTE signal! I'll post a picture when I get to my office.
