  1. I'll give you fifty bucks for your totally dead n5 this minute!
  2. Yes! I awoke this morning and saw the message saying my PRL had changed, but it's still the same number as before (55019). However, on my way to work this morning, my phone bounced from Band 26 to eHRPD, but then bounced straight back to Band 41 down the street from my office! Maybe Sprint is working out some network issues; I'm still loving my expanded LTE coverage since 4.4.3 came out, and I've never flashed any different radios (running .16 like a BOSS!!). J.
  3. Just got the update via OTA... 2.5 MB install? Other than a new radio, what does it fix or new features?
  4. It is? Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  5. Anyone having problems with the Nexus 5 losing their saved WiFi logins? All my Wifi info magically appeared on my phone from my other Nexus's backup, which was awesome! But last week, I had none! And it's already wiped them twice this week... what the heck is going on? Can I turn my old Galaxy Nexus, get it to back them up to Google, and make them magically push to this phone? And how do get them to STAY PUT?
  6. Why don't you quit your whining and read the thread like the rest of us? What I'm over is people that want to take a shortcut in the name of "bitching and moaning." You want your summary? Go back just a few pages... Or are you too damn lazy? Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  7. They can't even TOL the lines to another person to split them up? I find that hard to believe. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  8. Loving my Nexus 5 as well... and I got mine for only $34.99 from Best Buy because they price-matched Amazon! Check here, they already lowered the price to $29.99 since this past Sunday when I got mine. The guys at the BB store's minds were blown when I showed them that price! J. Update: The $29.99 price is for new customers or new lines of service only. The upgrade/renewal price is still $34.99, which is still amazing since BB's in-store price is $149.99
  9. Not exactly the truth. On X-mas Eve, I went to a Sprint store to pick up a Tab 3 on a $5 plan, and they told me that. So I said, "what if I ordered it online and picked it up here in the store?", and they said the same thing. So, X-mas night, we went online, ordered one and specified the $5 plan, specified that we wanted to pick it up in-store, and the order was allowed on their website. Went to a different store, picked it up, verified with the sales rep that I wanted the $5 plan (which was user-switchable on his screen), and been enjoying ever since. Must be a commission thing... piss poor in my opinion. @Rocket87, can you shed some light on that? J.
  10. I haven't seen Ascertion post in awhile... my Galaxy Nexus has been broken for awhile and I don't know how much longer I can wait. Hopefully the Best Buy close by me has a GS4 with the big T on it, else I might have to settle for the SVLTE one because I can't afford $250 right now upfront. J.
  11. Does anybody know if Sprint and/or Samsung have released the Spark GS4 to retailers like Best Buy and Amazon to replace the old GS4? I'm finally upgrade eligible and both of these places have the GS4 on sale. Also, between the Nexus 5 and GS4T, which one has a better LTE signal on average? J.
  12. Okay, what about this: My fiancee and I are on a family plan, ED 1500, and my sister and her husband are on a ED 1500 plan of their own. To move to Framily, they could TOD their lines to me, correct? Then, if the theory holds true, couldn't they TOD back their lines onto a new account and still be in my Framily? Also, what if you down the road, you decide you want to get a phone from Radio Shack or Best Buy. Do you have to leave the Framily then? Or will Sprint stop letting 3rd-parties sell their phones at discounted, subsidized prices altogether? J.
  13. It appears that this will be the same contract price as the current S4 directly through Sprint ($199 after MIR). Does anyone know if it will replace the current S4 in the lineup, and be offered by 3rd party retailers (Best Buy, Walmart, etc) for the same price as the current model? It doesn't make sense to charge more for the EXACT same phone with two more LTE radios inside.

    LTE IS LIVE!

On my way home from work, I was at the intersection of Independence Ave and Paseo when I got my first 4G signal; 7000K up and down. When I went down to where my girlfriend lives, I got a much stronger signal down at 35 and Johnson Drive... these speeds were NICE. Thank you Ericsson and Sprint!
