  1. I just picked up a 4G signal when I got to work this morning. I'm not sure if this is an expansion of the Baltimore coverage, or if they flipped the switch on the DC area? Can anyone comment? I posted the signal info in the 4G connection thread here
  2. Correction, dBm is -107 based on the LTE engineering screen.
  3. Just now I got 4g signal in Gaithersburg, MD where I work. I didn't see any noticed that it was officially switched on. I'm reading these signals in a building so take them with a grain of salt. I also ran a couple of speed tests which were hit or miss. Signal info: Strength: -90dBm 4 asu Network Type: LTE:14 PRL: 25010 Speed Tests: 1) 8.98 Mbps down, 0.25Mbps Up, 72ms ping 2) 4.05 Mbps down, 0.21 Mbps up, 75ms ping 3)7.14 Mbps down, 3.94 Mbps up, 89ms ping
  4. Got my shipping notice! Should be here Friday! WOOT!
  5. Well I just placed an order for an S3 from Bestbuy since my upgrade kicked in 01JUL12. Here's to hoping for a quick turn around. I got a chance to play with the EVO LTE in the Sprint store a bit, but figured I'd get the S3 and see how it was. I can always return it for the EVO since they seem to be in abundance.
  6. The fact that they're extending LTE all the way out to Frederick and beyond is awesome! I don't bother with WiMax on my OG EVO since after passing Germantown on I-270 all WiMax coverage is gone. This shows promise! I'll finally get my $10/mo extra worth of speed!
