  1. Seen comments about the adhesive for the screen needing to burn in or dry or some bs from he previous gen phones. Maybe it just hasn't set in? Either way I'd be going the route you are and getting it swapped. The guy at Apple told me I was being picky about my camera shifting ever so slightly but they swapped it anyways. The camera was showing maybe a millimeter of white but it was enough for me to be OCD about it. Lol.
  2. AppleCare replacements are a valid turn in phone. Don't listen to the idiots out to get bigger paychecks. I take care of my customers and they take care of me. As long as it is the same model you're good as you guys stated. And yes. Report whoever does add TEP without permission. It's fraud and they can lose their jobs over it. Also. For those of you who have to send your phone back in, you do realize their is a tracking number on the label. Write that down and you have tracking. No need to pay for it. Keep track of it and screenshot it when it says delivered. Then sprint can't charge you for it. No need to go above and beyond on it when they already include tracking.
  3. I didn't think it would be active in Racine and Oak Creek areas but I've been proven wrong.Yep. Love the size jump and all that comes with it. RF for me does seem to be better. I have faster speeds and am on LTE more often. Even driving between Milwaukee and Racine county on the interstate where my phone would drop to 3G doesn't give me issues anymore. I don't think you'll be disappointed at all. Edit. Speaking of which. Phone sale went good. $500 in my pocket and my ad wasn't even up for 24 hours. Makes me wish I asked for more but oh well. Made back my money on my down payment and have enough for a nice steak dinner. Anyone else have luck selling their old device?
  4. Yay! Then I won't be the only one with a CA iPhone in the Milwaukee market on the forums!
  5. Absolutely. I'm super impressed with the battery life. Not going to always be correct. It doesn't differentiate like it used to. My store used to say sprint by universal wireless. Marcelo wants us all to be one united front and just have everyone be sprint so it no longer shows who is corporate and who isn't.
  6. Where I ended before I plugged in. I'll take it!
  7. Also. This is ridiculous. I think I lost something like 4% while sleeping last night. Purposefully didn't plug it in last night but I didn't expect to still be going with decent battery left in the middle of the afternoon. Haven't even turned on low battery mode yet either. Also supposed to meet someone later to sell my 6. $500 with a year left on AppleCare and a bunch of cases plus the box. Seems fair to me. Fingers crossed all goes as planned.
  8. Have you guys made sure you're bringing it to a Corp location? Third party can't touch it because it's not their order.
  9. This is what my field test looks like when I get 50 ish down on my phone. The last few times it displayed normal with missing info in only a few spots. This time it's all goofed up but the one thing. Lol. Edit. I go back and speed test after this and rock a 80 down speed test. DL frequency reads 41176. Which is CA?
  10. Seems to come and go for me. Only way I know to confirm CA is just based on speeds. Haven't figured out what or if it shows in field test yet.Edit. Nvm. Just checked field test. Shows 41176 for my DL frequency vs the 40*** it showed on my 6. At least on my home tower. Speeds in the 50's at my apartment now. I'm really loving everything about this phone. Battery life on the plus is nuts. 6 hours use and 16 hours standby and I'm still at 41%. I was originally going to hold onto my 6 in case I had a change of heart on the size of the phone but after a day of use its already up on Craigslist. [emoji106]
  11. They're doing a $50 credit for anyone who was affected by the system outage. You just have to ask for it....
  12. My phone is definitely connecting to CA at my apartment. I don't get super fast speeds in the 90's or anything but having 40mbps pretty much everywhere in my apartment is pretty nice. Especially since I'm 1-2 miles from the tower that covers my house.
  13. If you're going to go and try a store make sure you visit a Corp store. Third party won't be able to search your order and attach that buyback to it for it to be compliant.
  14. Even updated I still show all kinds of weirdness in field test. WTH Apple. Get it together.
  15. Didn't even realize I wasn't updated. Thanks for catching that. Between 2:30 and 5:30 central time using RMS or anything sprint related was a total disaster. Took me 2 hours to do a 2 year contract and a flip flop. Glad it went good for you guys. I felt terrible for the people standing around waiting on the system to get its act together.
  16. Holy shit. Today was a shit show. Systems crashing allover the places. You iPhone people are needy dammit! As soon as the west coast came online and started activating is when we got slammed. So glad I got mine through before all of that happened.
  17. No CA that I know of around me. At work I'm on B26 so idk if I would even connect to it. To be honest I don't even know what CA would look like in the iPhone besides the higher bandwidth number and the speeds being faster.Interested to see what my phone does for speeds when I get home. If it doubles the 45mbps I get on B41 I'll be an extremely happy man. Field test doesn't fill the screen on my 6S+.
  18. We had 1 6s+ in stock earlier this morning. Sold out right away. I got mine delivered to me at work and got it activated right away. So far I love it. Camera is awesome. Peek and pop are going to change the way I email for sure. I'm kind of on the fence about the 6s+ though. The extra heft and size are certainly noticeable compared to my old 6. Going to give it a few days to see how I like it and go from there. Besides that I'm impressed. Edit. I sound contradictory. Lol. I love it but hate it in short.
  19. Pictures are wayyyyy clearer and brighter in the store. Touch ID is so much quicker. Feels noticeably quicker just doing normal tasks. Yep. The reviews were pretty spot on. [emoji106][emoji106]
  20. The eagle has landed. Letting it restore from backup now. So far I love it. Feels way more solid in the hand.
  21. Maybe a later delivery today?. For my phone to go from there to Milwaukee was 12 hours. I have my fingers crossed for you.
  22. Ha. I was just thinking that. My left Lafayette Indiana at 8 so it should be in Milwaukee ish by now. Only took my 45 mins but I got my $20 LG lucky to turn in tomorrow. God I hate Walmart.
  23. Mine is using ground going off that little cheat sheet. Which doesn't? Require a signature. They always ask for a signature when they drop off at my work.
  24. Just got something else from our local account manager confirming you have to own your device free and clear to switch to that plan.
  25. 14 days goes from point of activation so you're right. It hasn't started yet. We just got info saying you can't be on a lease to qualify for the $1 plan. You can be on an IB and pay that off and then switch to this plan but essentially you have to own your device to switch to this. This is what I'm being told as of right now. I'm sure adjustments and what not will be made as we go along. Also. You can't adjust a lease due to you signing paperwork for certain pricing and dates. It's not as simple as just moving it over. For legal purposes it has to be a new lease with new paperwork to go with it.
