    A Virgin mobile customer service rep told me that the network in San Marcos, Texas is having problems with it's 4G network. My phone keeps switching to a time zone somewhere in Russia. His solution was to turn off my 4G. So, far that seems to fix the problem. I'd prefer that the network be fixed. (If this is indeed the issue.) I never wanted to go to Russia. I'm in Austin, Texas.
