No I haven't been expecting anything from the case. Threw it on just to cover the back really. Spigen cases aren't available until the 15th so have been limiting use. How can you exchange? I have mixed feelings about this phone. That or I got a lemon. I already have a crack under the glass. It's been in the provided case as soon as I opened box. And it's been kept in a microfiber bag. Camera shutters on start up every time. After each photo snap it shutters as well. Focusing is crazy fast. No vvm. Call quality seems to be better and clearer as apposed to the HTC 10. Happy to have WiFi calling again. The ear phones are pretty good as well. That or I'm just really used to the quality I get from my LG pro 750s. Sent from my 2PZC5 using Tapatalk

I was mostly ticked off because when I bought the 10 on the day it was released, I asked the rep behind counter if UhOh covered the phone especially since they had the ad on the counter top. Yeah the wife wanted me to use an upgrade of one of our other lines to replace my current 10 so I could actually have a non broken screen. So looked this morning and was like wtf, no more 10? Yeah especially the headaches I get now looking on phone. Ugh. Spigen is cool. The first version of the 10's case had the top cut out for IR emitters that never happened. I complained cause it was stupid and they put me on the waiting list for version 2. like 2 weeks after that they contacted me and apologized for the delays they were having and offered a slim armor in its replacement. I honestly feel it's draining faster when bt is on. Yeah I have a major wake lock also. The phone awake bar is typically solid or nearly solid green. Along with wifi, even with it off and unchecked for scanning. Sent from my 2PS64 using Tapatalk

One thing I've noticed is the 10 uses a crap ton of battery when Bluetooth is on. Whether it's paired with my JBL pros or not, Bluetooth battery use is one of the top users up until of course I really get into using phone. Sent from my 2PS64 using Tapatalk

Sure wish a tower would go up to replace the one at the 91/ Lakeview area. Ever since Kaiser started to get dismantled my service has been horrid. Heck, even now I have no service. Ugh.

On HTC Eleviate, its been stated many times that nearly all pictures of phone are fake. Though one source did say that one of the pictures was an early prototype.

I had sim card error once also. After digging around the interwebs I found that others have turned off phone, removed sim, replaced sim, then restarted phone. Issue disappears as it did for me. Seems to be that the card loses contact after a bump or what not.

Love all the HTC and Sprint naysayers. Every outlet you visit that has an article about Sprint, you've got people in droves just complaining and crying about their nazi system. Instead of running to the comments section and pretending to be techy, they could take that fake life and search the GOOG to find sites like this one. Same goes for HTC. Both HTC and Sprint aren't going anywhere for awhile and people need to get over it. Sorry for the rant but I'm really over the 'oh if they're still around' comments. It's getting old. You really think a company is taking a nose dive when they produced probably the best phone of all time? And in many, and I mean many eyes, even better than iPhone. People by the thousands switched from that communist hunk of junk and picked up the One by HTC. If HTC were on the way out, we'd see a lot more ZTE type phones. Or these new Karma phones by ex HTC executives.
