My old phones arrived at their warehouse and now i'm told it will still be another week until they can get to the verification process that they have received these devices and then remove it from my account. I'm with the team you would have spoke to about that, Returned Equipment Escalations. We do have to submit an Equipment Return Ticket to our back office team to contact the warehouse, but while that's happening, the ticket freezes the balance - it's on ice, and won't accrue any late fees, collections or impact the account negatively.   10. Beyond pissed. Our phones have been received back by sprint but the amounts have not been credited to our account and the bill is due soon. Sprint chat says we are expected to pay the account a balance. Which is currently 2300 damn dollars. They're out of their damn minds. The phone was received back on the 2nd. I have no intention paying that and receiving an "account credit" when the phones returns are entered into the system. Nor do I plan on paying late fees.   11. Do you have b26 or b25 while heading north? And is it usable data speeds?
  12. I've noticed an instant improvement almost over night as of last week. Very satisfied. And I have to mention that the iPhone 6s holds onto b41 even better than the 6 did. I would say that I am now on b41 at least 95% of the time in Orlando... I look forward to testing out Miami sometime this year. Ill have to make a trip down there for something.

  17. It's separate. I should be able to ship all 3 devices back with just the 1 label right? I don't want them thinking we didnt return all 3 devices because they're missing 2 labels, which would be stupid...but you never know.
  18. Can I ship all 3 of my devices back in the same box and just not use the other tracking labels? I would much prefer to put them in A BOX, not a barely padded envelope.

  20. Oh that would've pissed me off. I would've asked to speak with the manager. It's not the fact that its barely showing, its the fact that it is happening and WILL get worse and worse over time. I hope this issue has been corrected with the 6s.
