  3. Like I said earlier, silent mode looks the same to me in 5.0.1 as it does it 5.0.....in it's new "Microsoft" location. Great analogy btw. Unless I'm looking at this wrong, it didn't change with this update.
  4. I just looked at it and alarms definitely show under priority. I get what you're saying though that you might have to constantly make changes to the priority settings in order to get the desired outcome. Personally I'm not a fan of the "None Priority All" settings but for my purposes it's essentially the same. I can see where this would be a nuisance for some though.
  5. Isn't that what priority mode is for? I haven't played with it much but I think you can configure that into the mode, it sucks to have to so that much configuration for something that used to be a one click and done automatic kind of thing but I believe the desired functionality can be achieved with some effort.
  6. Silent mode wasn't missing, unless we're talking about two different things but silent could be achieved by pressing the volume rocker buttons and then selecting "none" on the screen. I'm on 5.0.1 and verified that nothing has changed with regard to that. Silent still can't be achieved with the rocker buttons alone....unless it's somewhere else in the OS I'm not aware of, the on screen and rocker behavior is the same as before the 5.0.1 release.
  7. I have the same problem at my office. Flashed 5.0.1 yesterday and the problem is now solved.
  8. Thanks for the insight, I read somewhere that it was coming for the 5 too but have since found that to be inaccurate as confirmed again here by you. Appreciate the response!
  9. Good thinking. This weather is bull shit......After all those nice weeks through October, finally caught up with us.
  10. Does anyone know where I can get mega ultra super duper HD? I like to watch that on my 5 inch screen phone because I can tell a difference. I heard I'll need at LEAST 1GBPS. Is that what you guys are talking about when you say LTE? Sorry, not trying to feed the troll but I had to.
  11. I was there today and hit 27mbps. I doubt there's anymore people on it now than at any point over the past 6 months. castle rock has been LTE accepted for quite sometime.
  12. David or one of the other SRGRU Staff/ In the know types will have to correct me on this I'm sure but I can tell you my N5 does this as well. Seems like it's something with the phone, maybe in the PRL? Once I grab onto 1x800 it stays on 800 until the signal completely drops and then it'll grab a 1xRTT (1900) signal. Of course, it could be that you and I are just smoking crack but it sure seems like there is something to it.
  13. It's pretty impressive so far this trip. Anxious to have this at home!
  14. It's so weird.... On another note. In Dallas for the weekend. Oh man, best Sprint experience I've had in the post wimax days. B26 everywhere, tons of b41. Haven't fallen back to 3g wince I touched down this evening!
  15. If I run the .15 radio and force LTE only I get it. At least near Coors field yesterday I did for a minute. But other areas I couldn't.
  16. RT @MicheleCNelson: @JJRchie6314 Our friend owns this store and she has to go cups. Love!! Except that orange shit. WTF misses SW??? htt…

  17. RT @ScoutsHonorDoc: RETWEET if you want to see our #drumcorpsmovie

  18. You completely misread posts. I'm more than satisfied with Sprint's LTE and am making a point to all of those that continue the statements of "less than impressive". I'm more than clear on what to expect and not expect. Just asking that others look at usage "needs" before making those kinds of comments.
  19. Call me odd but I stream HD at home or in the office when I'm on WiFi. Can't think of a time when I've been off of a WiFi signal that I needed or even wanted to stream HD. I understand that the situation arises but again put emphasis on whether or not that is a strong enough need to necessitate a strong disappointment in network performance. If so, then the previous comments about waiting for broader acceptance of LTE still stands.
  20. I challenge anybody to prove that they actually NEED more than that. I'll echo what others say. Until every tower is done, you have congestion issues. Not only that but that's light speed compared to what we saw all over town 4 months ago. Progress it is.
