  1. I was able to talk to retentions and not regular customer service they are definitely doing tower work in my area hence my recent issues... I speak with regular customer service they don't seem to know anything...But I am glad it's not a device issue I just got my nellkin tempered glass screen protector... It's so lovely... I hate screen protectors but this Nillkin is awesome!

    Their cases are really nice

  2. 2 story building, but my cube is in the middle, back, further from the antenna. Most of the structure is concrete yet i still have -99 to -105 consistantly. They've been testing the LTE on this tower for the last week and today it has been on the whole day.

    Impressive

  3. Still "coming soon", the other tri-band devices G2, Mega and S4 Mini are Nov 8th

Upgrade price is looking like $249 per the announcement, (checked against the LG G2 is $199 on the announcement and $99 after $100 switch and save discount on sprint website)

$100 cheaper than the note 3 for a tri-band phablet, I can live with that.  Now if they can just announce a date! but its looking like no earlier than Nov 8th as that is their "Sprint Spark" launch

15th or 22nd would be cool. duke it out with the new gaming systems.

  4. LTE is definitely better. I am undue basement of my school anging on to a -118dbm signal. Before my phone would just drop down to EHRPD. I'm so happy.

I'll have to do more testing to see if the radio is better. I wonder why it took so long to improve this. 17 months later htc?

  5. I have no issue with data caps. What I do have issue with is the pricing schemes and amount of data being arbitrarily low. In my case, I have used as much as 8gb in a month and as little as 2gb. I would rather my usage revolve around my life instead of the opposite. If the big two arent comfortable with marginally improving their allotment pricing, why not let our data "roll-over" month to month?

Sent from my Note II. Its so big.

They make more money if they cap you at a low amount. Stick with Tmo or Sprint if you have good coverage for unlimited.  They have cheaper pricing as well.
