  1. I have the same problem Mine is with the LTE if I switch it over to 3G it will have the right time. I have experienced this in several different states. What I do is manually set my phone to NY time zone
  2. It's a pain because it keeps flipping back & forth as you lose the LTE signal.
  3. My iPhone 5 will be an hour off it will show 3pm when it's actually 4. If I turn off LTE it will switch to the correct time, But the moment I turn on LTE it subtracts an hour. Anybody else having this issue or know how to fix it?
  4. today when I went past Briggs Hill(AM & PM) I got terrible 3G. The only place I was able to get LTE was over on Scottsdale Road.
  5. I was getting 4G around the mall and over by Campbell Lane & Nashville Road yesterday afternoon.
  6. My signal on the Smiths Grove tower doesn't go too far south towards Bowling Green. I usually loose it right past Oak Grove at the Coca Cola plant. Next time try toggling your phone to the airplane mode for a few seconds so you can make sure your still getting the LTE signal as you're traveling away from the tower.
  7. Ok I was at the casino & over by green river mall area
  8. I was in Evansville over the weekend & I never picked up any 4G.
  9. i am all over BG everyday & I haven't had a problem with roaming. Just some really slow 3G
  10. Roaming in Bowling Green or other areas of KY? Depends on where I go if I roam or not. Sprint has a lot of area in KY that is not covered.
  11. I am all over BG everyday & hit every tower & there is no LTE at all. I know almost all the sites but the one on Briggs Road look like they are ready to go. I keep hoping they flip the switch any day now.
  12. the call center in Margate Florida is contracted out to a company call TAG (The Answer Group) they do Advance Technical Support, Smart Phone & Billing, & Blackberry Support. Have a friend who works there & it's a TERRIBLE place to work.
  13. last time I was there I didn't see any fresh dirt dug up where back haul had been laid. I drive by that tower on 65 Monday thru Friday & haven't seen action there for a long time
  14. you are talking about the tower on Winners Circle. I posted pics of that site back a few months ago. It does look like it has back haul installed so no idea on what the hold up is. Briggs road no idea about the cabinets & I don't think they have the panels up on that tower either. I have not drove by up close enough to check on the cabinets. But I can see it everyday & keep an eye out for new panels to go up. Have you been by the one on 3 Springs to see if they laid any back haul? It has been waiting on back haul for a long time there.
  15. which site? all of the sites have new cabinets but the one on Briggs Road and I am not sure about the one over by Western KY because it's on top of a building & you can't get on the roof to check it out. I think they are just waiting on back haul on most of the sites. Smiths Grove & Glasgow already have LTE.
  16. at AT&T I use to have only 200MB a month. That would be gone so fast on LTE.
  17. i am just surprised at how much I would actually use.
  18. I have only been able to use LTE very few times. But when I do I am shocked at home much LTE I will use. I was on LTE only for a few hours & I used more LTE in those few hours than I have 3G the past 5 days. With LTE will you always use a lot more than you did with 3G?
  19. i can send/receive a message thru IMessage & it gets there right away. But if I am going thru regular text message on Sprint some times I am surprised at how long it takes for it to get to the person or to get to me.
  20. Sprint might be investing millions into their network & people may or may not know that, but one thing they do know is when you are sitting in a group of people & the Sprint phone of the group won't pull up data as fast as everybody else that has AT&T or Verizon, they talk. Example me being in Nashville that is an announced city for LTE. I was trying to use my phone & LTE would barely work. Had to finally shut off LTE & go with 3G. SEVERAL people made the statement that Sprint is not the carrier to have in Nashville. So the people you are talking down to & about are smarter than you think about the "FOUR GEE LITE" choices they have & will make. Had several people try handing me their phones so I could actually get done what I needed to do. And no these people are not techies either. They just know what works & what doesn't work.
  21. Site LV03UB074 1019 Winners Circle, Bowling Green, KY 42103, USA back haul was just put in
