  1. My contract with 4 phones ends at the end of this month. I pre-ordered a G2 from BestBuy and have not heard anything. Bought two Nexus 5 and got two SIM cards from chat link in one of the posts. All came in yesterday. I stopped by Walgreens to buy T-Mobile SIM ($10) and signed up for $30 plan and I am shocked at LTE speeds and availability here in Phoenix. Today I went in to transfer service to Nexus 5 without issues but sadly my speeds are back to non-existent. Took Sprint SIM out and put T-Mobile SIM back and I think I may stick with T-Mobile as there is no comparison. I've been a Sprint customer for close to 15 years but the reality is that my bill will also be less now that I own the phones. My airave just died and without it I have to use wifi calling from home (Google Voice). Sorry for rant and thank you all for your help!
  2. Some people have mentioned that you could get an IPhone for your upgrade @ $200 and sell it to pay off Nexus 5 and pocket the difference. Someone asked but nobody answered if you have to activate/open up IPhone or can you get IPhone but activate Nexus 5 purchased from play store instead? I understand this would extend my contract but I don't plan to leave Sprint so it works out ok... Thx!
  3. Thank you all for answering my questions.
  4. Sorry but forgot to mention that I'm only posting here because I'm interested in the Note 3 over any phone and sucks not to have tri-band but more important to have decent voice signal.
  5. Thank you sir! Parts of Phoenix/Chandler already get LTE but I do not see any improvements for voice signal. I still get very low signal levels and dropped calls where my friend next to me on an Iphone 5 can get +- 20/6 Mbps running a speed test. Does this mean CDMA 800 for voice may still not be turned on? I still have my Galaxy II but contemplating switching providers. My Airave just died and now I have to use Groove IP to do wifi calls since voice signal is that bad in my home. Thx!
  6. Please excuse my ignorance but what I'd like to know is if tri-band phones will get me a better signal to use the phone features. I hardly ever use over 500MB of data a month so fast data is ok but am mostly concerned that I have to use an Airave at home just to make calls. What radios do calls use; LTE, EVDO, etc. Thx!
