not on the S23 Ultra for some reason.  i do see that i am unable to enable 2G mode anymore, not sure if this is a recent change or not.

it has been 2 or 3 tmobile statements since the move.  how long have you been seeing this taking?

i still have not been notified of the auto pay discount changes and still have my Amex processing the autopay payment.  Anyone else?  i thought maybe when i got moved to the tmobile biller it would kick in but still nothing.  maybe something to do with my plan?

With the way so many people keep flaunting the work around in all the huge public forums and discussion platforms over and over (especially reddit), i wouldnt expect it to. Employees from all levels lurk in these spots, its 2023 after all.

which  IMEI did you guys use to activate the device / get ESIM?  When i used IMEI1 on the box, the website took it but nothing happened with the device.  When i then tried IMEI2, everything went through. when i type in *#0011# on the dialer, SIM2 INFORMATION is available, SIM state is not Ready is shown for 1, is this the case for you guys as well?

Still like mine.  Taking some getting used to due to the larger size. Just put my S20+ into the return kit this morning. Sort of bummed to see that leaving.

i like my ultra so far (coming from the S20+, best phone for me ever to date)...phones definitely heavier.  I did a 45 minute youtube streaming session this morning and did not have any issues.  I returned the Pixel 7 last fall because it absolutely barfed at such an easy task.  Completely overheated and freaked out.  While the S23 got warm, it still worked like the S20.  Camera is great, zoom is great.  I also have no idea what to use the pen for and will likely never use it.

weird.  I am on Advantage Premium (what became of SERO) they gave me $1000 for my S20+.  that brings the ultra down to $8 and change per month.  i could have gotten the + for free but i was in a tough spot.  the + is a bit smaller than the S20+ and the ultra is a bit bigger (and heavier). i hope i dont regret the decision as I really did not want to end up in phablet territory but here i am.

Actually, looks like it has shipped and it will be here monday.

Surprised this thread hasnt been more lively.  Anyone else get this phone?  I preordered the ultra with the great tmobile deal for it.  I am hoping it is as amazing as my S20+ is.  The S20 was probably the best phone I have ever had.and its specs still seem to hold up against most other phones even in the last 3 years.

my s20 just got the android 13 update today, as expected (but hoping by some miracle it would still work), signal check broke. i hope this rises on googles priority list to get this working again.

i just began using a PIxel 7 pro (android 13). i have the status bar icon set to show Band and signal strength together but the signal strength never populates (it is fine and updates in app). it just shows the band with two "-" under it. If i swap to show just signal strength for the status bar icon it works fine.

Wow, can you imagine if they handled customers private / sensitive data with such care and security?  Seems they CAN do it, they just dont want to for us peons.  I hope that info gets leaked.

so what would i gain getting the plus versus the s20+ that i have now?

still only brings us to the dec 4th patch though but about time none the less.

does this phone still suck on n71 connections or is it just me?  i swear it gets so bad for a day or so, then the phone gives up and i dont see it for several weeks only for it to return for another day or so and the cycle repeats.

Interesting, i dont see it on my line but i am definitely roaming on Sprint sites a lot more. Shows as Sprint 310-120 in Signal check.

I think i was moved to MOCN  in the last few days, anyway to tell on the device itself or in plan info on the website?  Some spots in my house if i have my S20+ in my pocket i lose service.  If I take my phone out of my pocket I can usually catch signal check showing "T-Mobile (MOCN)" or something to that effect while it looks for service.  I also notice I am on Sprint LTE bands a lot more now.  I have been on TNX since last spring.  Any idea if they are moving everybody to this?
