  1. When the Sprint coverage map shows LTE in my area and I am unable to connect to it who am I suppose to call? I know that I know more than the person on the other end, but what choice do I have? If no-one calls they will not know there is a problem. I have no trouble connecting to LTE as I drive around Atlanta, so why can I not connect in my own neighborhood? Can you tell me what I need to do to get LTE when the map shows I should? Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  2. I saw that my area was live according to Sprint coverage maps. I am still not able to get my gnex to find LTE in my area. When I called Sprint the rep wanted to know why I thought my Galaxy Nexus LTE would get LTE service. When I told him there was an option for LTE /CDMA for my network mode he didn't know what to say. It has been a long time since I had a Sprint rep that was this clueless. He transferred me and the next rep was speechless that he did not know. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2
  3. Got stuck in the loop. Called telesales and they wanted to charge me $14 for shipping. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2
  4. Is there a good app to use to find the LTE tower? Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  5. I was looking at completed and the August map. I am in Oakwood and net monitor shows 695394 has the tower with LTE. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  6. I see that the 3 towers around me are not listed for NV everything else is part of it. They seem to be skipping over me. Does anyone have an explanation? Sent from my Nexus 7 using Forum Runner
  7. I am not sure, I was at Taco Bell in Oakwood when I ran the test. I do not have an app that tells me what tower I am on. What app would you suggest that is best to tell me the tower? I can go back tomorrow and get the tower and let you know. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2
  8. This is the second time I have gotten it in the area in the last week. It is also the second time I have been in the area. I am just glad to see that they are still expanding in the Atlanta area and not stopping where they are. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  9. Just got this in Oakwood, GA. It is not on the map as live. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  10. I was in Sam's in Oakwood tonight and looked down at my GNex and it was getting 4G. I ran a speed test and got 27mbs down and 11mbs up. This is about 8 miles north of the sprint coverage map. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2

  21. The gnex has much faster ping times. The gnex seems to stay in the 40's, while the EvoLTE seems to be all over the place from 30's to 180's. But, what is a few more milliseconds anyway?
  22. No problem, I was so excited that I finally got a 4g signal that I could not capture the screen shot correctly. Here is the results from that test showing LTE. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  23. The first screen shot covered I had the volume down cover it. The one I posted caught it saving. I am now posting the first speed test showing 4g is on. The speed is not as impressive. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  24. The two areas with LTE running are almost 60 miles apart. Sprint is going to cover a lot of area. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  25. I was in Jackson County when I did the speed test. I live south of this area, looking at the maps I thought that I would be on the fringe of LTE, I think that I will be in the middle of it now. This makes me very hopeful that Sprint is doing the right thing with LTE. When they are finished everyone with 3g should have LTE. I just cannot wait until they flip the switch.
