  1. January-June 2013. That is so lame. What has Sprint completed ... 20,000-25,000 or more towers since last June? Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  2. Interesting. What can we do? Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  3. Is he a paid tmo salesman? Sure sounds like it. Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  4. Maybe ... Nextel ... I know I didn't just say that out loud did I? Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  5. Why? Do you need that often? Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  6. With Hilton Head and Beaufort "launched" you might be getting some more lte love in Savannah soon. Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  7. I see Hilton Head and Beaufort SC have been launched. Awesome. Eat your heart out Tmo, Sprint beat you again! We already have purple on sensorly, nice to get the official launch. Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  8. True, but his general area is getting updated already so it is not a stretch to believe they will continue what they have been doing. Ravenna is done. Streetsboro is lighting up now. Kent can't be too far behind. Then again ... I have been wrong before. Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  9. Just the opposite. According to sensorly they have better coverage there then any other carrier. Didnt think there were many sprint towers there. Maybe it is because the flat farm country allows for a better signal coverage even with only using band 25. Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  10. Why would you switch and then want to leave right away? Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  11. Was wondering about middlefield and parkman ... they could use it for sure. Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  12. I think there is an exception for band 26 in certain areas in oh. Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  13. Sensorly is showing some lte in your area already. Could be good news indeed. Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  14. I must have been confusing it with the G2. Thanks for the info. Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  15. Makes since, thanks. Guess my case hides the look and feel. Afraid to leave it off. See to many people drop their phones. Maybe I will evolve ... Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  16. Is this an extension (or clone?) of what Republic Wireless is trying to do? And does Republic's plan require you to have a cdma signal? Just curious. Would certainly prefer to use a standard phone like the n5 on sprint instead of a tricked out special phone that is only good on the republic plan. Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  17. This may sound stupid, but what exactly are people referring to when they talk about a phone's "look"? (Software .. Materials ... trim?) I usually put mine in a case. Maybe that is why I never notice a difference. Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  18. Are we still expecting that update this month? Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  19. Oh, I see. Might be interesting to see what a sprint -tmo merger would look like in terms of tower locations and future coverage. Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  20. We don't have lte here yet so my photon is as good as any phone for now, probably better RF performance then the one they used in that "test". Legacy market so might as well let them fix it before upgrading. On ting so there is no upgrade cost in my monthly bill. Has Sprint finished their upgrades in this guy's test area? If not what could this test even tell us? Case in point, a small town 15 miles from here had dismal service last month. Now they have lte and good fast service everywhere in and out of town. A test last month would be totally bogus now. Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  21. Why? Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  22. And beer of course. Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  23. Just remembering when the local media ran Belichick out of town in Cleveland. Said they were wrong then and were they ever. Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  24. Didn't google have to remove a couple apps a year or two ago for malicious code? Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
  25. Seems like tmo would be the one to block these phones more than sprint. Like Robert said, maybe, maybe tmo is the problem here. If a merger is near, then this could be mute point. Jim, Sent from my Photon 4G using Tapatalk 2
