I updated the new v4.8 on Google Play. It should fix SNR and correct the LTE RSSI. Post screenshots and share your phone measurement capabilities (Menu - More - Measurement Capabilities) if you have problems.

In order to view cell towers you have to create and load cell file. See here for cellfile description,

I found the error and fixed it. Here is updated v4.7 version on Google Play. Thanks for your feedback. We have GSM/UMTS network and is not possible to test for CDMA phones.

I updated the version on Google Play - v4.6 is here. This should fix most of the issues addressed so far. Please post screenshots.

I see that levels of both cells are pretty close and that causes frequent cell reselections. Maybe the "LTE Engineering" menu is not updated constantly or it is updated after some time.

I have not seen this. The app uses GoogleMaps API, so if is not available it won't install but then the message is "Application not installed". Maybe it does not meet some of the requirements in the "Permissions" tab in app description in Google Play.

First of all thank you for your cooperation. I updated the app. Try the new apk here. CQI is "-" since it is not reported. I am trying to get MCC and MNC correctly (310 120). Tell me if it works now. LTE Cellid is not PCI since it is 8bits reported (0-255) and not 0-503. It is very likely that planners chose NID=LAC.
