  1. "Added indicators for Sprint LTE band 25 and most second carriers (labeled with ²)." As in Carrier Aggregation.
  2. If other lte tower connections are working correctly it's most likely just an issue localized to that location. Give it another week or so to resolve itself. Sent from my 831C using Tapatalk
  3. Well the evidence that I've found points me that way. But I know very little of this mobile world to say with any degree of authority. What I've found is a specific tower that hosts other providers along with Sprint. I don't believe it was a clearwire site previously but that's mostly based on fcc records. The fiber contractor that ran fiber to other towers in the area, including one up the street that is just as close to the fiber trunk, shows that it laid no fiber for this tower. Per the fcc website, this tower has microwave antennas that are owned by a company that provides microwave backhaul. This tower went live around the same time that the other towers in the area went live. Do carriers that are on the same tower ever share microwave backhaul connections?
  4. Okay, so is there a certain set of circumstances that would make whoever makes those decisions, decide not to go with fiber? The reason I ask is there are several towers in my area that run fairly close to main fiber runs that use microwave instead of fiber.
  5. Not impossible but expensive. It looks like a long run that goes up several hundred feet in elevation in an already developed subdivision.
  6. What are the chances of Sprint doing a microwave backhaul to a flag pole style site?
  7. Interesting information " Signal Boosters in the 800 MHz SMR band only once nationwide band reconfiguration is substantially completed. And we hereby direct the Public Safety and Homeland Security and Wireless Telecommunications Bureaus to determine when the nationwide reconfiguration is sufficiently complete to permit the use of Consumer Signal Boosters in the 800 MHz SMR band, and to issue a Public Notice announcing the date Consumer Signal Boosters may be used in the band. 41. Broadband Radio Service and Educational Broadcast Service 2.5 GHz Band. We will not permit the use of Consumer Signal Boosters in the BRS/EBS 2.5 GHz band at this time. Sprint maintains that it is in the public interest to allow signal boosters in the 2.5 GHz band.90 WCAI, however, opposes the use of Consumer Signal Boosters use in the 2.5 GHz band.91 We generally agree with WCAI that the 2.5 GHz band should be exempt from Consumer Signal Boosters, at least at this time, because of the historical license uses that have been grandfathered in the 2.5 GHz band.92 Specifically, the 2.5 GHz band contains legacy educational and commercial video systems that would not be compatible with the use of signal boosters.93 In view of the forgoing, we will not permit the use of Consumer Signal Boosters in the BRS/EBS 2.5 GHz band at this time." from http://www.fcc.gov/document/use-and-design-signal-boosters-report-and-order
  8. The port is clean as a whistle. More like the port wiggles after cable insertion. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  9. Has anyone else had issues with their micro USB port? Mine appears to now be loose and causing issues trying to charge it. Sprint wants to charge $75 to fix it. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  10. I think we might of even met in Boulder, there were a lot of people so I don't remember but your name sounds familiar. Yeah great LTE whenever I go down there. It seems like up North is filling in nicely though. Sent from my 831C using Tapatalk
  11. Enl, RulingCzar. Heading down to the Springs for the anomaly next weekend?
  12. I have to ask, can I assume you are Enlightened since it sound like you were farming Berthoud? What's your in game name?
