  1. I thought about today as being the final day. I was going to grab the LgV50 while it’s on sale for $600 but when I think about it, how well will that device transition into T-Mobile. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. When is the last day we can order through sprint if anyone happens to know. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I think for all us who have been long time Sprint subs that there is a little fear with the network integration and not wanting to relive the network vision era. On the other side of this is the excitement of what kinda of coverage and speed this will finally bring us. As it stands, T-Mobile has made good on their promises and failure to combine the networks properly is not an option. They’d be highly scrutinized like no other. I think all will be fine. I would say 6 months from the official close will give a good enough idea of what to expect. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I would like to assume everyone but I could really see very aggressive offers for those who are no longer in a device IB or lease. I could also see the big two get in on it with promos as well to pluck Sprint customers as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I’m think I’m going to just sign back up today. When thinking about it, T-Mobile kinda had no choice but to keep Saw since he’s very knowledgeable of 2.5 and how to make the most use of it. I’m sure he had major plans to make that spectrum a beast with Sprint but was restricted besides doing the minimum. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. That’s very true. I would like to think that things on the network side are already in place to flip the switch on 4/16. I don’t want a network vision adjacent experience in my city. I closed out my sprint account last month and I’m considering signing back up and nabbing their Premium plan since I can get it for $66 per month (byod discount of $10 and $10 if I add my employer). It’ll be nice side plan to have for the cheap based on what all is included and like can keep the plan for 3 years. I’m sure the amazon perk will leave which I’m ok with. 7. Overall they have a TON of spectrum at their disposal. I just want great execution going forward. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Son clearly didn’t study the US market before buying up Sprint. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Plus they’d need a whole revamp of the brand from the ground up. What truly sets Sprint apart from its peers? Is seems like they are lost in identity. I don’t think they are a value brand no more. Comparing the cost of my Sprint line and my Verizon line, the diff is $0. Sprint did cost more with that god awful account spending limit that needs to go away. I wonder why they haven’t? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I agree but sadly they had no intention on fully owning Sprint but grabbed the low hanging fruit, prep it up and sell it off. The Apple of their eye was T-Mobile from the start. Sprint is easily forgotten they’re either the #4 carrier or just not mentioned at all and it’s sad that Sprint has gotten to this point. What is needed is a CEO/Owner who is serious about righting the wrongs and making Sprint a serious competitor besides on price. I don’t want the merger to go through in some aspects but truth of it is that Sprint will struggle with the people who are running the show. We are at the point now where we are seeing Sprints true with asset wise but will never see it fully blossom under the Sprint brand due to bad choices, CEOs and past mergers(nextel, not executed well) and full network upgrades (good old network vision——what a time) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Oh I believe it. Sprint digs their own holes. It gets hard to stand behind them then they do ish like this. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Geeze...Sprint is always caught in some. Some like this is self inflicted. I just don’t see how he can really clean that up too much. That’s feeding into the hands of the AGs. I wonder now what other blunders Sprint has now. I wouldn’t be shocked if more come out. Sprint ALWAYS show their hand. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I don’t see why they didn’t do that from the start. This merger has been nothing but a long in the tooth journey. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. In what ways could it impact the merger? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I’m not shocked here. John was brought in to perform a certain task and he executed it successfully. So now Mike will be taking over and he’s more of a back room business type of guy. I think we will see The New T-Mobile more align themselves with the big two. The name of the game is now profit and not a free for all. Let’s see how the T-Mobile loyalist take to this news. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. I’m sure AT&T first responders network will hold up when they really need it unlike T-Mobile’s and their lack of generators at their cell cites. When will T-Mobile get to the point where they will let their network speak for itself and not the crazy antics that has been very successful for them gaining subs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. You got that right. I’m just can’t wait to see the promos that the carriers are going to have to try and suck in Sprint customers and what T-Mobiles plan will be to retain Sprint customers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Once the two networks are combined, will it honestly be competitive with the big two? Especially in areas where both Sprint and T-Mobile struggle or have no coverage? Also, in a area where Sprint is stronger and T-Mobile is weak, will the T-Mobile tower get decommissioned or will the Sprint tower still go? These are my concerns and why I don’t want the merger if I take a hit in coverage because of T-Mobile favoring their own towers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. F dude. I’d laugh if everything in his portfolio is losing him money. I’m kinda on the fence with him being apart of The New T-Mobile. He’s kinda left a bad taste in my mouth after this Sprint debacle(everyone connected to it too). I’d give my money to Verizon. However, we shall see how much say he has. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Meh numbers. At this point, I’m just going to ride the wave out and enjoy my plan until the conversion happens. I guess I lucked up being in a market that has no real service issues. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. [emoji849] and boost is gone once the merger is complete. He’s talking like boost is the savor to the wireless industry. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. As much as I don’t want to see Sprint disappear, I’m just them to rip the band aid off now. I just hope Tidal and Hulu are kept and added to future plans. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. When this merger is complete, I hope whatever money Softbank sinks into whatever company just fails. It was a real missed opportunity being that Sprint had the brightest future (starting to show now with their ease in deploying 5G). SoftBank just wasn’t the right company to take on a real challenge that was Sprint and coming up with way to improve them for the long term. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. You beat me to it. It’s great to see that but it also shows the untapped potential Sprint has always had. Next step is them maintaining that second place spot and slowly increasing Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Coming from a X, I’m using the Max Pro and it’s great! The battery literally lasts me all day (7:45am - 10/11pm). It appears that my data connection is better when it comes to speed, upload and even at my desk where my phone(iPhone X) would fall to 1x or 3G, it now holds onto b25/b26.
