SignalCheck does not currently use either one of those codes, I have another method in place that is slightly different.. although maybe if my method fails, it should try those as a backup.. (EDIT: I forgot.. newer versions of Android no longer permit apps to make direct shortcuts to dialer codes.) Working on the stale info -- thanks for your diagnostics! I'm flying blind without you guys sending me data, so I sincerely appreciate it! Once it's reliable, I'll move it into its own "block" like the other connection types, and add full logging/alerts/icons/etc. We're slowly getting there. Unrelated note.. thank you to @S4GRU for the LG V60 reports tonight.. after a software update, it's now reporting 5G info in SCP as well! Hopefully more devices follow suit..

Another SignalCheck beta update rolling out now, should be available when "normal" people start waking up! Mostly more 5G fixes.. stale data, missing values, ugly text, etc. Please keep those relevant diagnostic reports coming, it is a huge help as I do not have a 5G device yet.

Yeah, it would be kinda nice if the FCC just went a head and repacked it so you can easily make 5 5MHz blocks in SMR. Redo the band plan, revoke 5MHz and auction that off. Then use those precedes to pay the former A and B license holders. Allow for smaller license holders with deployed spectrum to have discounted rates. Have exceptions for smaller outfits to seek additional funding if they need to completely replace equipment and/or utilize a different band, or even have priority access. It seems like it would be something the FCC would be interested in as they seek additional spectrum.

When they turn off the band 41 backhaul then Maybe I will hook it up to my home network. Meanwhile it will stay on it. Hopefully T-Mobile optimizes their network to pick the best connection instead of switching to T-Mobile when the Sprint network has no service as it does now.

I forgot to post this this morning. Seems that Sprint will offer the V60. My buddy at Sprint HQ says more will be said Monday. Lets see if this pans out. TS out
