breakaes
Hi all, I live in the the Los Gatos Hills area, specifically on Brush Road: http://goo.gl/maps/r4jf Any update on when Sprint's LTE network will be deployed to my area? It's a little farther south than San Jose, but the map shows that I should be covered: http://s4gru.com/index.php?/blog/1/entry-75-sprint-knows-the-way-to-san-jose-sprints-south-bay-market-will-receive-network-visionlte-deployment-in-the-second-round/ In that article it states that deployment to the south bay should start after the San Francisco LTE network has been deployed. Any word on that too? Let me know, thanks!

Xlegendxero
Any updates on South Bay Market? I live in Salinas and work in all of south Monterey County (Gonzales, Soledad, Greenfield, King City) and the data speeds just keep getting worse. King City and Greenfield had decent speeds until schools let out for summer. Salinas has some spots where download on 1X is "faster" (if you can ignore the higher latency) than EVDO. I'm talking about the difference between 5kbps on EVDO vs 30kbps on 1X. Either way, they are not useful.

Robert cool thanks. I was just looking at the Network Vision/LTE Deployment Running List thread which you updated. It shows the SF market doesn't even have one LTE site available yet (expected in October). I take it's going to be several more months of waiting before deployment begins down here. Adecker1
When will it come to northern California? Seems that the silicon valley would be up and running sooner not later.
WiWavelength
New members, before posting new threads inquiring about Network Vision in your market, please check for preexisting articles or threads that may answer your questions. ericdabbs
yea thar Article says "Mid 2012" That was last month. hence why I asked Please check this thread for latest status on market availability. Also do not confuse "1st LTE sites" with "Anticpated launch." The Jan 2013 is the anticipated official launch date for the SF market but at this rate anything can happen it can be pushed back further pending any delays. This is all we know at this point. http://s4gru.com/ind...t-running-list/

Thomas L.
I'm not sure if you the admins want to merge this with the thread talking about coverage coming from Appleland, but I thought it was interesting. Maybe it's also coming from Google's campus? I haven't a clue. It's very interesting though, to say the least. http://www.engadget.com/2012/08/07/sprint-lte-bay-area/ Tommy
