Issues with texting of late - anyone else experiencing them?

For some reason lately, text receipts are intermittently being delayed (I'm on an unlocked S22+) for me lately, I had a slew suddenly come through from about 3 different sources from yesterday that were all delivered about 8:40am suddenly this morning as the latest example.....or otherwise if my wife says she sent something and I have a heads up, if I reboot my phone, suddenly whatever was 'pending' I suppose being the best way to describe it, will come through then.   Sending out texts I'm having no issues, they always show full communication fairly immediately, but the wife sometimes says she hasn't gotten something I've texted her either.  

Also this is on a full TMo physical SIM and I'm in prior Shentel area in central PA/Harrisburg area for contextual info along those lines.

This is a known issue with S22 phones and one of the recent updates.
