They also claimed they added it at the same time to the local zoo yet my phone was on 3G alot there.

Most likely didn't look hard enough need Signal Detector logs to really find them but here are a few that I was easily able to find on street view. Flompholph
And those 4 are a fraction of what Sprint has up in the city. What is your point? That Verizon the largest US cell company has more than the smallest company. Sprint did not claim to have more than Verizon. My point was there are more than one. Where is the user generated maps for small cell deployment for that market. No one even uses cellmapper in that market. All the data is old for most towers 1 year + at least. Cellmapper will show small cells if you know what frequency.

Flompholph
Have I been to Minneapolis and St Paul ? Yes I am number 6 in contributions for that market. But not sure what your point is because apparently I have found more installed small cells 900 miles away than you. Give us numbers then how many small cells does Sprint have how many do Verizon and ATT have. "paltry" means nothing if you have no numbers to back it up. You and Tengen31 like to complain but neither of you help collect data. If you can't put forth numbers then this thread should move on to Atlanta news. JonnygATL
Speaking of the A, I was at Hartsfield this morning and can attest to the fact that - at least where I was in Concourse D - data speeds have increased tremendously since my last visit to that concourse. I was pulling over 40 megabits per second just before boarding (D38 to be extremely specific as that airport is absolutely enormous). WiFi was NOT engaged. 4

cyclone
I wish at big events like this, they would flip the priority to prefer upload > download. 13mbps on a fairly empty network isn't going to mean much when it gets crowded

Or if they had an unused set of earfcns, they could potentially use those just at the stadium with a different TDD timing config. Flompholph
Has anyone gone there and log data with SCP or signal detector? I don't see anything new in cellmapper. I know of 2 people that from here that live in the region. But I have not seen any gci/pci data yet.

shaferz
Can confirm - work in the MARTA stations now extends from the Airport all the way up to the Buckhead station the red line. Last week, it was down, this week - its alive and well. I was called into a meeting the entire route from Arts Center Station underground - the entire way to the airport. AWESOME.
