"A Sprint comeback? Yes, it's possible"

$5/gb seems like a totally fair, totally reasonable price for LTE data. I'd happily pay for metered data on multiple devices at that price.

Love it. Somebody has to do this. Even up to $7-$8 is still reasonable. Unlimited talk and text, $30. Then pay a per GB fee after that for data. Every GB costs the same whether you use 1 or 10.

Perfect and fair. Everyone can use as much as they want. Want to save some money one month, use WiFi. People who use the most are essentially paying the capex to expand the network capacity. Awesome.

One national provider needs to do this on a postpaid plan. Not just a MVNO. If Legere wants to be Uncarrier, this should be his next move. This is the best system for all, even if people don't know it. And folks who need a subsidized device can just add EasyPay on the end of it. |DONE

It would be really awesome if Sprint finally let us bring our own tablets like the iPad Air, it is comparable with all networks and if they let people bring their existing devices to Sprint, I know that I would sign up with a data plan for my iPad too.

At least that is how I see it...

Everyone thinks sprint is a bad investment, while right now on paper it doesn't look great. But they finally made a little of a profit and they still have good customer numbers. I have been thinking about getting some sprint stock too, I know in a few years. I would be mad at myself if didnt, also softbank didn't buy a company to lose money. We all know by the end of this year 100 million people covered with band 41 and it will keep growing. Getting better right day in my mind :)

Nope, I've been buying and buying!

Hopefully we can tweet these ideas and be heard.. If Sprint would meter data for add ons that would truly be disruptive.. The could sell "Honesty" pay for what you use nothing else..no overages just what you use! Not like other trying to require minimum amounts that you don't use!

####Sprint to be Disruptive #####!

    • Has anyone checked Verizon n77 in areas with more than 100MHZ active? This spectrum has been fully available since August of last year.  Of course they are not typically using SA.
    • I updated my other s21 ultra factory unlocked to the latest firmware... It behaves like the S24 Ultra n38 or n41 depending on 80 or 100MHz or their nr- arfcn.
    • I see everything correct. The two ARFCN's you mentioned earlier and they idenitify as n-41.  using 4.832b SCP. Only using one TM SIM.
    • I posted this in the Nebraska Premier thread last week, but just wanted to share in this thread the progress that T-Mobile has made in filling in the great coverage gap known as Nebraska. Between late last year and this year, they have added 28 new expansion sites filling in the coverage hole, plus 11 Sprint site conversions in eastern Nebraska and far western Iowa. Notably, in the last month n41 coverage was added on over a dozen expansion sites in western Nebraska that were added to the network last year. For comparison, here is the very first map that I created in October of 2022 after we noted expansion sites outside of Sprint conversion in Lincoln and Omaha. It doesn't show any western parts of the state, but just know there was nothing besides roaming coverage and a little B12 coverage leaking down from South Dakota to the west of Valentine, NE.
    • Sent a copy of my DB in an e-mail just now.  Couldn't leave the house today but can hopefully get a screenshot when I'm out on another cell site tomorrow.
