What are the usual earfcns for small cells in your market?  In most markets those would line up with 8T8R from a macro site.

Unlikely.

SCP tries to take an educated guess on small cells.

B41 SC only shows when it uses traditional GCI endings but also uses the market GCI prefix in use for B25/26 since that's how Airspan units are set as. Nokia stuff ends as in 3x / 4x which makes it easier to identify it as a Nokia cell (but can't differentiate type of small cell).

It was strange because it was show clearwire site last week.

I got T-mobile roaming in the Long Island market yesterday when a Sprint tower went down. Didn't think they would allow Tmobile roaming in that scenario. Besides a tower going down I've never been in a no sprint service scenario in the market

I've never been without service at least in the last 5 years but hey if I don't have to see 3G ever again I'll be happy.

T-Mobile roaming as spotted, uh, in my house in Alexandria. Have great service so not sure why since I have at least B26 throughout the house...

My iPhone spends more time on T-Mobile B4 than it does on Sprint B26 or B25 now. It’s wild and I don’t get it. I had decent B26 at my house.

How has your experience been compared to Sprint?

They want to free up band 26 as much as possible for VoLTE.

About the same, except for data speeds. T-Mobile B4 speeds are over double than Sprint B25. I’m happy to have the data roaming on T-Mobile LTE though. There are some areas of Pahrump where Sprint is too weak to maintain a data connection.

I had the same thing happen inside a house in an area with strong Sprint signal.  I believe it is because the B26 signal may have briefly dropped and then the T-Mobile signal does not let go.  It was 700Mhz with more bandwidth.  I airplane moded it and b26 returned.

Receiving T-mobile in a weak Sprint part of Milwaukee. The TM speeds are pretty decent for this being one of their worst spectrum markets.

Note that one of the screen shots is roaming on Verizon CDMA at the same time!? b4a040589fc63aaf2d42bba1d79123aa.jpg8a01e7f9d747af0c87e35a02a3c04c13.jpga13c7707ac3b1b939c918e3fa92b4d7c.jpg

If you have a rooted Android, you can turn off the Sprint bands and see the extent of T-Mobile Roaming.

Someone just posted a screen shot of 40mbs upload on Sprint through 15x15 B25. Ive personally seen as high as 21mbs on B41 here with CA. So nothing particularly special.

When your norm is 4-6 Mbps peak, 16+ is welcomed!
