coorsleftfield
While not a total solution, hangouts WiFi calling works pretty well.. Won't help with incoming calls however, but calls you make should sound great.
tommym65
Has anyone else recently lost WiFi calling? My GS5 stopped connecting to it a couple of days ago, and nothing I have done will reconnect, Including re-booting, cycling airplane mode, reconnecting to the router, re-entering address data. Nothing. Zip. Nichts. Nada.

They can remove and readd the code for wifi calling. Then you can start fresh.
banananuts87
Now available on the iPhone!
k24
The iPhone implementation seems to work well. There are some improvements over standard calling. First, voice quality is improved over standard cellular. 3 way calling features (using wifi calling) work on the iPhone - the 'swap' button has been implemented and call duration of each call now displays. You can also conference up to 5 users now using the add call / merge call / add call ..... feature. Wifi calling also works with airplane mode turned on. No VoLTE switchover yet, however , call are dropped if wifi is lost.
dnwk
Will MVNO(e.g. ting) have access to wifi calling?
S4GRU
Will MVNO(e.g. ting) have access to wifi calling?Well, we know Republic does. [emoji38] Seriously though, it will likely be on a case by case basis. Does the MVNO want it? Does Sprint charge them for it? Will the MVNO carry any devices that have WiFi calling capability? Many MVNO's will not even allow previous Sprint phones on their plans. Good question though. Using Moto X² on Tapatalk
