+1 for SwiftKey. And, it has the comma on the main keyboard.

You can get numbers on the top row with the Google Keyboard by adding a "PC" style keyboard under Advanced Settings ➡ Custom Input Styles.

 

And comma was just added to the default keyboard layouts a few days ago, along with moving the voice typing icon to the completion bar.

This is severely off topic but I recommend Kii Keyboard.  It's got a lot of the major keyboards assets bundled into one.
