You try going into settings - applications - all applications - and force stopping it?

It isn't in all applications. It shows up in "DiskUsage", but I can't find it anywhere else.

I think you mean the "Cruise Director."  You will have to speak to her about that.

I would think that related to blinkfeed and facebook/twitter integration libraries or dedicated cache.

Well, I suspect it is the FriendStream or other FB, Twitter, Flickr, LinkedIn integration, but it's likely a cache of people's activities. Time to dump it out vs. storing 300 megs of garbage with their stupid partition setup.
