Family plan to single line?

What happens in the following scenario:

 

Family plan with 4 lines and you port out 3 lines. What happens to the single line left? Keep paying $120 for that line unless you change it or the single line gets changed to the single line plan automatically?

I am assuming no ETF for the other 3 lines?

 

I would call and tell them to take it down to 1 line.

The system wont change it automatically if you port. You need to call and change it or the automatic billing system will continue to bill you the 120.
