I like being part of a group, community that helps one another regardless how many time a question is brought to light. I see now it's a burden. Thanks for the heads up. Update prl/profile Reboot device Force Stop and Clear Data in Google services Framework Go To LG Software UPdate wait 30+ minutes then tap " Check Now " I changed up the process slightly since the other way wasn't working for me.
