swintec
That's all sketchy. Millenicom used the WiMAX network? Or the LTE network? How the hell did this slip through Sprint? Why did they ever get to sell unlimited off the Sprint network? Who was overseeing this? Does that person still work for Sprint, and if so, why is he not fired? This may not make you and others that happy, but they aparently found an agreement to keep selling service: Dear xxxxx, We have been alerted by our gateway that we can continue your Unlimited or BYOD Plan. We sincerely apologize for the difficulty this issue presented. Our intent was to put you first and keep you informed if an interruption was forthcoming and we are relieved it has reached a satisfactory resolution. Because of this confusion we want to be certain we are moving forward according to your intent. You are still recorded as an active customer with your Millenicom Unlimited or BYOD Plan and will be charged on November 1st. WiWavelength
Ah, using Google Docs for a business form, Millenicom sounds like a really professional outfit. AJ
swintec
they always throw this term "gateway" around. I really do wonder what sort of set up they have or is gateway just another way for them to say sprint? they have quite a bit of subscribers and the ones i see in the forums consume some serious traffic monthly.
