Just my Guess ---One year from start till finish.  A few straggler sites may be slightly longer.  Occasionally they run into a crazy issue with a site.

Yeah I say thats a fair guess to finish. Hopefully when the ball gets rolling we get lucky and get to be one of the 1st markets.
